- ItemAnálisis de la gestión del talento humano en el desarrollo económico de las Mipymes en Aguachica, Cesar(2022-03-17) Meneses Mendible Dayanifer, Rojas Sánchez Juan CarlosLa gestión del talento humano es un tema que cada vez ha tomado más importancia en las organizaciones, convirtiéndose en parte fundamental en el desarrollo económico y crecimiento de las mismas, en las Mipymes este pilar fundamental es visto como un recurso de poca influencia e importancia sobre todo en los inicios de estas, lo que ha causado un efecto negativo en su economía y las lleva a tener que reestructurar o cerrar, esto último es lo que ha ocurrido con mayor frecuencia debido a que la inversión inicial aún está en proceso de retorno y muchos emprendedores no pueden costear los gastos de una restructuración. Este proyecto muestra la importancia de la gestión del talento humano en las Mipymes y su gran influencia en su desarrollo económico y supervivencia en el mercado, uno que cada vez es más hostil y competitivo debido a la globalización y las facilidades de comercio internacional que las redes han proporcionado. Abstract The management of human talent is an issue that has become increasingly important in organizations, becoming a fundamental part in the economic development and growth of the same, in Mipymes this fundamental pillar is seen as a resource of little influence and importance especially in the beginning of these, which has caused a negative effect on their economy and leads them to have to restructure or close, the latter is what has happened most often because the initial investment is still in the process of return and many entrepreneurs cannot afford the costs of a restructuring. This project shows the importance of human talent management in Mipymes and its great influence on their economic development and survival in the market, one that is increasingly hostile and competitive due to globalization and international trade facilities that networks have provided.
- ItemImpacto de la participación de las MIPYMES del sector servicios en el desarrollo económico del municipio de Aguachica, Cesar, en el periodo 2017 – 2020.(2022-03-17) Álvaro José Pinzón Beleño, Jesús David Montes QuinteroEl objetivo general de la investigación es conocer Impacto de la participación de las MIPYMES del sector servicios en el desarrollo económico en Colombia; se encaminó bajo la perspectiva cuantitativa, con un diseño descriptivo, con la recolección e identificación de la información recolectada como datos en vivos organizados en categorías y unidades de análisis, se trabajó con una población de 3.739 MIPYMES como establecimientos públicos de servicios; La recolección de información fue la encuesta con 20 preguntas. Como resultados se identificaron las consecuencias numéricas porcentuales los cuales develaron el grado del impacto en la economía para el desarrollo de las regiones. Finalmente en la conclusión se hallaron las bases cuantitativas que permitieron hallar el inicio y las proyecciones camino lleno de oportunidades para los crecimientos de la economía en Colombia con el antecedentes de los municipios que la conforman. Abstract The general objective of the research is to know the impact of the participation of MSMEs in the service sector on economic development in Colombia; it was directed under the quantitative perspective, with a descriptive design, with the collection and identification of the information collected as live data organized in categories and units of analysis, we worked with a population of 3,739 MSMEs as public service establishments; The collection of information was the survey with 20 questions. In the results, the percentage numerical consequences were identified, which revealed the degree of the impact on the economy for the development of the region. In the conclusion, the quantitative bases allowed to find the beginning and the projections of the path of opportunities for growth of the economy in Colombia with antecedents in the municipalities that comprise it.
- ItemDiseño de un modelo de formalización de ingresos para las madres cabeza de familia que participan en la casa taller de Aguachica cesar(2022-03-17) Álvarez Sidray Evelin Johanna , Robles Olivero Diana PatriciaLa presente investigación se enfocará en diseñar un modelo de formalización de ingresos para las madres cabeza de hogar que participan en la Casa Taller mediante la elaboración de mobiliarios con llantas recicladas; ya que debido a la falta de empleo estas madres se han visto obligadas a trabajar mediante la informalidad, es por esto que el presente trabajo permitirá mostrar los cambios de solvencia económica de las madres y al mismo tiempo a ofrecer una mirada integral sobre el daño ambiental producido por el hombre. Método: el tipo de investigación fue descriptivo, en donde la población estuvo conformada por 106 madres cabeza de hogar. En la actualidad el trabajo informal se presenta como una alternativa para muchas madres cabeza de hogar que no tienen un trabajo estable, debido a la poca experiencia laboral, oportunidades y conocimientos, ha ocasionado que sigan laborando de manera informal. Por esta razón la propuesta de formalización de ingresos permitirá un empleo formal y mejoramiento de su economía. Resultados: gran parte de las madres cabeza de hogar de la CASA TALLER no cuentan con formalización de ingresos y para todo lo relacionado con un trabajo formal, es por esto que se ha llevado a cabo la puesta en marcha de este proyecto con el fin de que estas madres puedan adquirir ingresos mediante la elaboración de mobiliarios con llantas recicladas. Discusión: se puede debatir que uno de los motivos que genera actitud negativa y rechazo de la sociedad podría ser la condición de: aspecto físico, carencia de uniformidad o rechazo por no disponer de una carrera. Conclusión: se concluyó que la motivación es la que impulsa a las madres cabeza de hogar a actuar, a llevar a cabo su rol de padre, a proyectarse, a querer salir adelante y poder lograr todo lo que se proponga o desee. Abstract This research will focus on designing an income formalization model for mothers who are head of households who participate in the Casa Taller by making furniture with recycled tires; since due to the of employment these mother have been forced to work informally, that is why this work will show the changes in the economic solvency of the mothers and at the same time offer a comprehensive vision of environmental damage. Produced by man. Method: the type of research was descriptive, where the population consisted of 106 mothers who were heads of household. Currently informal work is presented as an alternative for many mothers who are heads of knowledge; it has caused them to continue working informally. For this reason, the proposal to formalize income will allow formal employment and the improvement of its economy. On the other hand, the mothers of families have a purpose that is to put into practice all their skills and knowledge that they have been taught in the Aguachica workshop house and thus implement the formalization of income through the elaboration of furniture with recycled tires to have a better quality of life. Lifetime. Results: A large part the mothers who are head of households in CASA TALLER do not have formalized income and for everything related to a formal job, that is why this project has been launched in order to that these mothers can earn income by making furniture with recycled tires. Discussion: It can be debated that one of the reasons that generate a negative attitude and rejection by society could be the condition of physical appearance, lack uniformity or rejection for not having a career. Conclusion: It was concluded that the motivation is what drives the mothers who are heads of household to act, to carry out their role as fathers, to project themselves, to want to get ahead and be able to achieve everything that proposed or desired.
- ItemPropuesta para la creación de un centro de lavado automatizado ecológico de vehículo automotor en Aguachica, Cesar(2022-03-17) Mayerly Contreras VacaEl presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad la Propuesta para la creación de un centro de lavado automatizado ecológico de vehículo automotor en el municipio de Aguachica, Cesar que nace en virtud de la evidente necesidad de conservar recursos naturales vitales como el agua, por lo que se procura realizar la limpieza de los vehículos utilizando otros elementos, en este caso se trata de productos químicos biodegradables, lo que supone una disminución notable en el consumo del recurso hídrico. Se efectuó una cuidadosa revisión de cómo funcionan los lavaderos tradicionales, a fin de identificar sus deficiencias, las cuales serán suplidas empleando los planteamientos expuestos en el presente estudio; además, se tomaron las precauciones respectivas a fin de satisfacer los requerimientos de los usuarios. Posteriormente se validó el mercado objetivo para este tipo de servicio, se desarrollaron metodológicamente los procesos y procedimientos, respaldadas por un análisis financiero con el fin de validar el modelo de negocio. Abstract The purpose of this research project is the Proposal for the creation of an ecological automated vehicle washing center in the municipality of Aguachica, Cesar, which was born by virtue of the evident need to conserve vital natural resources such as water, for which Efforts are made to clean the vehicles using other elements, in this case biodegradable chemical products, which means a notable decrease in the consumption of water resources. A careful review of how traditional laundries work was carried out, in order to identify their deficiencies, which will be supplied using the approaches presented in this study; In addition, the respective precautions were taken in order to satisfy the requirements of the users. Subsequently, the target market for this type of service was validated, the processes and procedures were methodologically developed, backed by a financial analysis in order to validate the business model.
- ItemPropuesta para la Creación de una Empresa Productora y Comercializadora de Jabón a base de Aceites Comestibles Reutilizables en el Municipio de Aguachica, Cesar(2022-03-17) Reyes Reyes Danna Lorena , Vergara Rodríguez Dayanis MairethEsta investigación tiene como objetivo general proponer la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de jabón a base de aceites comestibles reutilizables en el Municipio de Aguachica Cesar, dado que por la cultura de esta población, el consumo de frituras es alta y esto genera una gran producción de residuos de aceites vegetales, las cuales se les da una inadecuada disposición tirándolo por los sifones o en la basura y al final terminan en quebradas, ríos o cualquier fuente hídrica; ocasionando daños irreversibles al planeta. Frente al proceso de este trabajo se realizó un análisis de la problemática del municipio y se describió el problema identificando, el impacto social y el mercado potencial. Este proyecto es una investigación mixta o multimodal porque permite integrar variables cualitativas y cuantitativas que brinden un amplio panorama del objeto de estudio; siendo de tipo descriptivo, ya que su propósito es identificar las características, propiedades, dimensiones y regularidades del fenómeno. Por consiguiente, se realiza un cálculo poblacional para el estudio de mercado y el resultado arrojo que ha 383 habitantes de Aguachica puede ser aplicada; Teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo de los objetivos, el primero que corresponde al estudio de mercado, demuestra que el producto tendrá gran aceptación y que la propuesta es viable comercialmente; en el caso del estudio técnico y administrativo da paso a la estructuración y consolidación física de la empresa para lograr impactar con las correctas funciones y la sincronización de los procesos; seguidamente se investiga sobre el impacto ambiental y se identifica aspectos positivos que tiene la naturaleza al realizar este proyecto el cual se alinea con los estándares de calidad exigidos ; seguidamente con el estudio financiero la empresa tendrá una rentabilidad sobre el 50% de utilidad y puede aspirar a alcanzar una ventaja competitiva frente al mercado. Abstract The general objective of this research is to propose the creation of a company that produces and markets soap based on reusable edible oils in the Municipality of Aguachica Cesar, given that due to the culture of this population, the consumption of fried foods is high and this generates a great production of waste vegetable oils, which are disposed of inappropriately by throwing them into siphons or in the trash and ultimately ending up in streams, rivers or any water source; causing irreversible damage to the planet. Faced with the process of this work, an analysis of the problems of the municipality was carried out and the problem was described, identifying the social impact and the potential market. This project is a mixed or multimodal investigation because it allows the integration of qualitative and quantitative variables that provide a broad overview of the object of study; being of a descriptive type, since its purpose is to identify the characteristics, properties, dimensions and regularities of the phenomenon. Therefore, a population calculation is made for the market study and the result that has 383 inhabitants of Aguachica can be applied; Taking into account the development of the objectives, the first that corresponds to the market study, shows that the product will have great acceptance and that the proposal is commercially viable; in the case of the technical and administrative study, it gives way to the structuring and physical consolidation of the company to achieve an impact with the correct functions and the synchronization of the processes; Next, the environmental impact is investigated and positive aspects of nature are identified when carrying out this project, which is aligned with the required quality standards; Then, with the financial study, the company will have a profitability of over 50% of utility and can aspire to achieve a competitive advantage over the market.
