dc.description.abstractIntroducción: La pandemia por COVID-19 ha tenido repercusiones en diferentes dimensiones del ser humano, una de estas es en el desarrollo social en este caso de los niños, los cuales se han cohibido de realizar actividades que ayudan en su proceso de desarrollo, como lo son: el explorar, jugar e incluso la interacción con otros niños, por ende ha desencadenado ciertas reacciones como: desobediencia, aislamiento, dificultades para gestionar la frustración con episodios de enfado, hiperactividad, aburrimiento, miedos entre otros. Objetivo: del estudio fue describir el efecto del confinamiento por COVID 19 en el desarrollo social niños 10-13 Años. Barrio Álamos II, Valledupar 2021-I. Metodología: cuantitativa, descriptivo, con una muestra de 10 niños a los cuales se les aplicó un instrumento conformado por 13 preguntas, las cuales indagaron acerca de los sentimientos, comportamiento y hábitos de los niños durante el confinamiento, asimismo, sobre las estrategias para el buen desarrollo de las habilidades sociales el cual fue de creación propia. Resultados: sobresalen sentimientos como tristeza, rabia y frustración, las relaciones familiares y con los amigos se fortaleció. En lo que concierne a los hábitos se observa ayuda en los quehaceres. Finalmente, En el caso de las estrategias se destacan los juegos de mesa, ver películas, compartir en familia, ver televisión, jugar videojuegos, estar con el celular. Abstract Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has had repercussions in different dimensions of the human being, one of these is in the social development in this case of children, who have been inhibited from carrying out activities that help in their development process, such as They are: exploring, playing and even interacting with other children, therefore it has triggered certain reactions such as: disobedience, isolation, difficulties managing frustration with episodes of anger, hyperactivity, boredom, fears among others. Objective: the study was to describe the effect of confinement by COVID 19 on the social development of children 10-13 years old. Alamos II neighborhood, Valledupar 2021-I. Methodology: quantitative, descriptive, with a sample of 10 children to whom an instrument made up of 13 questions was applied, which inquired about the feelings, behavior and habits of children during confinement, as well as about strategies for good development of social skills which was self-created. Results: feelings such as sadness, anger and frustration stand out, family relationships and with friends were strengthened. Regarding habits, help in chores is observed. Finally, in the case of strategies, board games, watching movies, sharing with the family, watching television, playing video games, being with the cell phone stand out.
