dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio se pretende establecer la posible relación entre los conocimientos, las actitudes y las prácticas de salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes para la identificación de los riesgos y buscar acciones que ayuden a mitigar esa problemática que se viene en aumento día a día en la ciudad de Valledupar, Objetivos: Determinar los conocimientos actitudes y las prácticas que tienen los adolescentes de secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública frente a su salud sexual y reproductiva. Valledupar 2021. Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio de investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal (Sampieri, 2018a). la población escogida fueron adolescentes entre 15 y 18 años de la Institución Educativa Consuelo Araujo Noguera del municipio de Valledupar para un total de 510 con una muestra de 220 adolescentes de ambos sexos de los grados 9 a 11 (bachillerato), Los datos fueron recolectados mediante la técnica de encuesta utilizando un formulario auto diligenciado. Conclusiones: se establece a través de la encuesta que la edad promedio para el inicio de las relaciones sexuales fue 15 a 16 años con el 60%. En cuento a asistir a un programa de planificación familiar el 36% de la población manifestó no asiste ningún programa. El método de planificación más utilizado es el preservativo o condón con el 42.7% y la píldora con el 21.3%. El 48,1% manifiesta que se informa sobre los métodos de planificación a través de un amigo. Los centros/ puestos de salud ocupan el mayor porcentaje planificación con el 30%, de los lugares donde los jóvenes solicitan los métodos de planificación. Existe desconocimiento por parte de los adolescentes de 15 a 16 años, sobre la existencia de los servicios de salud sexual y los derechos en salud sexual y reproductiva. El grupo de 16 a 18 años conoce de la existencia de los servicios, pero no tienen claridad sobre los procesos de atención y la estrategia cómo se desarrolla. Abstract This study aims to establish the possible relationship between the knowledge, attitudes and practices of sexual and reproductive health in adolescents for the identification of risks and seek actions that help mitigate this problem that is increasing day by day in the city of Valledupar, Objectives: To determine the knowledge, attitudes, and practices that high school students of a Public Educational Institution have regarding their sexual and reproductive health. Valledupar 2021. Materials and methods: This research study has a quantitative, descriptive and crosssectional approach (Sampieri, 2018a). The chosen population were students between 15 and 18 years of age from the IE Consuelo Araujo Noguera school in the municipality of Valledupar for a total of 510 with a sample of 220 students of both sexes from grades 9 to 11 (high school). The data were collected through the survey technique using a self-completed form. Conclusions: It is established through the survey that the average age for the beginning of sexual relations was 15 to 16 years with 60%. In terms of attending a family planning program, 36% of the population said they do not attend any program. The most used planning method is the condom or condom with 42.7% and the pill with 21.3%. 48.1% state that they learn about planning methods through a friend. health centers/posts occupy the highest planning percentage with 30% of the places where young people request planning methods. There is a lack of knowledge on the part of adolescents between the ages of 15 and 16 about the existence of sexual health services and rights in sexual and reproductive health. The group of 16 to 18 years old is aware of the existence of the services, but they are not clear about the care processes and the strategy as it is developed.
