Abstract
Este trabajo incorpora la propuesta de fortalecimiento empresarial de la empresa Zoom Cinema en el municipio de Sabana de Torres Santander, conociendo que el sector cinematográfico, a pesar del declive por la pandemia ha venido en aumento y se ha incorporado como opción de entretenimiento, integrando diversos servicios que van más allá de ver películas en pantalla gigante, pues supone por percepción social todo un entorno que se abre paso en las actividades favoritas de las comunidades, para lo cual se requiere crear y mantener una estructura organizada y fuerte, capaz de competir con las salas de cine más reconocidas del país.
En efecto, el inicio del proceso se dio con el conocimiento de la empresa, es decir, los recursos con los que se cuentan como punto de partida para medir el recorrido hasta lo que se quiere llegar. En este punto, la colaboración del personal fue indispensable para lograr obtener datos fieles a la realidad, percepciones subjetivas sobre el desempeño y el conocimiento desde su labor de los objetivos empresariales, factores de gran importancia para obtener las variables internas que, posteriormente fueron organizadas en la matriz McKinsey; por otra parte, para el macroentorno, se realizó un completo trabajo de campo, aplicando encuestas que fueron organizadas en la matriz Pestel, investigando incluso datos que influyen en las variables externas de la empresa.
Después de organizar los datos y habiendo establecido las variables en juego, se proponen las estrategias con las que se quiere lograr el fortalecimiento empresarial de la sala de cine, partiendo de la composición interna hasta su entorno.
Por último, siendo fieles al proceso administrativo de planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar, se elaboró una matriz de seguimiento y control para mantener un esquema organizado y actualizado de las acciones requeridas para llevar a cabo todas las estrategias planteadas y las que puedan sumarse en el proceso. En ella se establecen además de las actividades, responsables y plazos evitando así dilatar la ejecución.
ABSTRACT
This work incorporates the business strengthening proposal of the company Zoom Cinema in the municipality of Sabana de Torres Santander, knowing that the film sector, despite the decline due to the pandemic, has been increasing and has been incorporated as an entertainment option, integrating various services that go beyond watching movies on the giant screen. because it supposes, by social perception, a whole environment that makes its way into the favorite activities of the communities to do this, it is necessary to create and maintain an organized and strong structure, capable of competing with the most recognized movie theaters in the country.
In fact, the beginning of the process took place with the knowledge of the company, that is, the resources they have as a starting point to measure the journey to what they want to reach. At this point, the collaboration of the staff is essential to obtain data that is faithful to reality, subjective perceptions about performance and the knowledge of business objectives from their work, factors of great importance to obtain the internal variables that were later organized in the McKinsey matrix; On the other hand, for the macro-environment, a complete fieldwork was carried out, applying surveys that were organized in the Pestel matrix, even investigating data that influence the external variables of the company.
After organizing the data and having established the variables at stake, the strategies with which the business strengthening of the cinema is to be achieved are proposed, starting from the internal composition to its environment.
Finally, being faithful to the administrative process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling, a monitoring and control matrix was developed to maintain an organized and updated scheme of the actions required to carry out all the strategies and those that can be added to the process. In addition to the activities, it establishes those responsible and deadlines, thus avoiding delaying execution.
