Abstract
La presente investigación se inclina a la problemática de la ausencia de parámetros o lineamientos específicos delimitados en un manual para acciones de acuerdo al proceso formativo de los estudiantes sumado a la indagación de la eficiencia comunicacional y el trato justo y humanizado hacia los practicantes, para tal efecto el objetivo general del estudio se orientó a generar estrategias para fomentar el trato humanizado al estudiante de prácticas formativas pertenecientes a la Universidad Popular del Cesar en el Hospital Rosario Pumarejo de López, a través de los objetivos específicos indagar la existencia de directrices del trato humanizado al estudiante de prácticas formativas en instrumentación quirúrgica en el HRPL., seguido de identificar acciones del trato humanizado del jefe de sala de instrumentación del HRPL hacia el estudiante de prácticas formativas de instrumentación quirúrgica de la UPC, y finalmente interpretar la percepción al trato recibido por el jefe de sala de instrumentación del HRPL hacia el estudiante de prácticas formativas del programa de instrumentación quirúrgica de la UPC. El estudio se enmarco dentro de una metodología mixta, de tipo descriptivo – prospectivo, con una población de 28 estudiantes y 9 sujetos entre personal y jefe de sala de cirugía, en el cual se aplicaron tres instrumentos, un cuestionario, una entrevista y una lista de verificación. Las conclusiones emiten que existen parámetros de planificación y organización de varios aspectos formativos, en donde se afirma ser objetivos en las calificaciones, proporcionando un trato amable a los practicantes, sin embargo, los estudiantes comentan que en ocasiones no se da un trato justo y humanizado, sumado a la ausencia de un manual de lineamientos para acciones y situaciones con los practicantes, finalmente, el personal y jefe de sala indican no delimitar previamente las actividades en la sala de cirugía con los estudiantes. Con respecto a las implicaciones de las conclusiones los investigadores formulan aspectos claves y estratégicos para fomentar el trato humanizado y justo con los estudiantes.
Asbtract
The present investigation is inclined to the problem of the absence of specific parameters or guidelines delimited in a manual for actions according to the formative process of the students added to the investigation of the communicational efficiency and the fair and humanized treatment towards the practitioners, for such Indeed, the general objective of the study was aimed at generating strategies to promote the humanized treatment of the student of training practices belonging to the Popular University of Cesar at the Rosario Pumarejo de López Hospital, through the specific objectives of investigating the existence of guidelines for humanized treatment to the student of training practices in surgical instrumentation at the HRPL, followed by identifying actions of the humanized treatment of the head of the instrumentation room of the HRPL towards the student of training practices of surgical instrumentation at the UPC, and finally interpreting the perception of the treatment received by the instrumentation room manager of the HRPL towards the student of training practices of the surgical instrumentation program of the UPC. The study was framed within a mixed methodology, descriptive-prospective, with a population of 28 students and 9 subjects between staff and head of the surgery room, in which three instruments, a questionnaire, an interview and a list were applied check. The conclusions show that there are planning and organization parameters of various training aspects, where it is claimed to be objective in the qualifications, providing a kind treatment to the practitioners, however, the students comment that sometimes a fair treatment is not given and humanized, added to the absence of a manual of guidelines for actions and situations with the practitioners, finally, the staff and room manager indicate not to previously delimit the activities in the surgery room with the students. Regarding the implications of the conclusions, the researchers formulate key and strategic aspects to promote humanized and fair treatment with students.
