Inteligencia emocional en relación con las conductas agresivas de los estudiantes de 10° y 1 11° del Colegio INRICABA de Achí, Bolívar – 2020

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la inteligencia emocional en relación con las conductas agresivas de los estudiantes de 10° y 11° del colegio INRICABA de Achí, Bolívar- 2020. Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, de tipo correlacional, en el que se aplican dos instrumentos psicológicos, el TMMS-24 para medir la variable inteligencia emocional (IE) y el AQ para medir las conductas agresivas, en una muestra de 60 estudiantes con edades comprendidas entre los 14 y 20 años. Los resultados obtenidos entre la variable inteligencia emocional y conductas agresivas demuestran, que la correlación no es estadísticamente significativa (p=,586) y que la correlación no difiere significativamente de cero (r =,072), por lo tanto, no hay bases para argumentar que la inteligencia emocional se relacione con las conductas agresivas. A nivel global, en la variable inteligencia emocional (IE), predomina el nivel medio con un 65% y en las conductas agresivas, se evidencia que tienen predominancia los niveles alto y medio con igual porcentaje de 28% respectivamente. Abstract The general objective of this research is to determine emotional intelligence in relation to aggressive behaviors of 10th and 11th grade students from INRICABA school in Achi, Bolívar- 2020. This study has a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, of Cross-sectional, correlational type, in which two psychological instruments are applied, the TMMS-24 to measure the variable emotional intelligence (EI) and the AQ to measure aggressive behaviors, in a sample of 60 students aged between 14 and 20 years. The results obtained between the variable emotional intelligence and aggressive behaviors showed that the correlation is not statistically significant (p = .586) and that the correlation does not differ significantly from zero (r = .072), therefore, there are no bases for argue that emotional intelligence is related to aggressive behaviors. At a global level, in the variable emotional intelligence (EI), the medium level predominates with 65% and in aggressive behaviors, it is evidenced that the high and medium levels predominate with the same percentage of 28% respectively.
