dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de estrés y satisfacción laborales de los trabajadores de la clínica Sinais Vitais en el municipio de Bosconia – Cesar. El estudio es de naturaleza cuantitativa no experimental, diseño transversal y con alcance descriptivo, la muestra estuvo conformado por 150 trabajadores del área asistencial, administrativa y de apoyo. Para la recolección de los datos se empleó una ficha sociodemográfica, el cuestionario para el estrés laboral OIT-OMS y el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral NT 394. En los resultados se encontró que el 70% son mujeres, el rango de edad que prevalece es de 25 y 29 años de edad con un 25%, en la escolaridad el 52% pertenece al nivel técnico, en relación a la antigüedad el 43% tienen entre 1 año o menos, el 53% pertenece al área asistencial y en cuanto al estado civil el 44% es soltero. En la satisfacción laboral se encontró que un 95% de los sujetos se encuentra en nivel alto y en la variable estrés laboral se encontró un nivel bajo de estrés en un 75% de los trabajadores. Abstract This research aims to determine the level of work stress and job satisfaction of the workers of the Sinais Vitais Hospital in the municipality of Bosconia - Cesar. The study is of a non-experimental quantitative nature, cross-sectional design, and a descriptive scope, the sample consisted of 150 workers from the care, administrative and support areas. A sociodemographic record, the ILO-WHO work stress questionnaire, and the NT 394 job satisfaction questionnaire were used for data collection. In the results, it was found that 70% are women, the prevailing age range is 25 and 29 years of age with 25%, in schooling, 52% belong to the technical level, concerning seniority 43% are between 1 year or less, 53% belong to the assistance area and in terms of marital status, 44% are single. In job satisfaction, it was found that 95% of the subjects are at a high level and in the work stress variable, a low level of stress was found in 75% of the workers.
