Impacto epidemiológico de la población Venezolana en la aparición de enfermedades de interés en salud pública en Valledupar durante los años 2017 y 2018

Abstract
La situación de la población migrante provenientes de Venezuela, ha sido un problema que ha originado consecuencias de magnitudes de coyuntura económica, política y social, que sumado a las diferentes situaciones que atraviesa el país vecino se convierte en una problemática, donde día a día buscan de alguna manera se les restituyan sus derechos, ya que se les ha dificultado el acceso a bienes, servicios y a una suficiente cobertura estatal, situación que ha generado preocupación por parte de las entidades sanitarias del país, como también de todo el mundo, puesto que han tenido que diseñar y desarrollar programas de vigilancia y control con el objetivo de disminuir el número de afectados por las diferentes enfermedades que se han presentado. Partiendo de la situación presentada se formula como objetivo: analizar el impacto epidemiológico que ha tenido la migración venezolana frente a la aparición de enfermedades de interés en salud pública en la ciudad de Valledupar Cesar, en los años 2017-2018, investigación realizada mediante la implementación de un estudio de tipo descriptivo, partiendo de la observación y descripción del comportamiento de las enfermedades que se están presentando con la llegada de habitantes que migran de Venezuela al municipio de Valledupar Cesar, con un paradigma de enfoque cuantitativo, ya que basa sus estudios en la obtención de números o datos cuantificables para ser utilizados en el análisis estadístico, considerada una herramienta de investigación, para así dar respuesta a la pregunta problema, y retrospectivo, porque la información se encuentra consignada en la base de datos del Sivigila, Rutf, DANE; logrando la obtención de resultados, los cuales permitieron encontrar los pacientes que han consultado a un centro de salud por algún evento de interés en salud pública y estos a su vez han ayudado a la investigación a concluir cual de esos eventos son los que más se han presentado en el municipio de Valledupar. Para concluir, al reconocer las diferentes enfermedades que afectaron a la población migrante, como lo fueron: dengue, meningitis, sarampión y tuberculosis; consideradas enfermedades que favorecen la memoria inmunológica, además, se presentan otras infecciones nuevas como la influenza causante de epidemias de gripe considerándola una enfermedad habitual donde la población general no posee ningún grado de inmunidad.

The situation of the migrant population from Venezuela has been a problem that has caused consequences of magnitudes of economic, political and social conjuncture, which, added to the different situations that the neighboring country is going through, becomes a problem, where day by day they seek In some way, their rights are restored to them, since access to goods, services and sufficient state coverage has been hindered, a situation that has generated concern on the part of the country's health entities, as well as around the world, since They have had to design and develop surveillance and control programs in order to reduce the number of people affected by the different diseases that have occurred. Based on the situation presented, the objective is formulated: Analyze the epidemiological impact that Venezuelan migration has had in the face of the appearance of diseases of interest in public health in the city of Valledupar Cesar, in the years 2017-2018, research carried out through the implementation of a descriptive study, based on the observation and description of the behavior of the diseases that are occurring with the arrival of inhabitants who migrate from Venezuela to the municipality of Valledupar Cesar, with a paradigm of quantitative approach, since it bases its studies on obtaining numbers or quantifiable data to be used in statistical analysis, considered a research tool, in order to give an answer to the problem question, and retrospective, because the information is consigned in the database of Sivigila, Rutf, DANE ; achieving results, which allowed finding the patients who have consulted a health center for an event of public health interest and these in turn have helped the research to conclude which of these events are the ones that have been the most presented in the municipality of Valledupar. To conclude, by recognizing the different diseases that affected the migrant population, such as: dengue, meningitis, measles and tuberculosis; Considered diseases that favor immunological memory, in addition, other new infections such as influenza cause influenza epidemics are presented, considering it a common disease where the general population does not have any degree of immunity.
