Abstract
El proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo diseñar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el conjunto residencial Villa Ligia IV, con el fin de mejorar las condiciones laborales y prevenir accidentes y enfermedades laborales en los trabajadores del lugar.
El proyecto se basa en el Decreto 1072: 2015, que establece las normas y directrices para la implementación de sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en Colombia. Se llevarán a cabo las siguientes etapas: diagnóstico inicial, diseño de herramientas que faciliten el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente aplicada a la empresa que incluye: identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos, matriz legal, plan de emergencias, plan de capacitación anual, política SST, entre otros. Por último, un plan de trabajo anual para asegurar la mejora continua del sistema.
Se utilizará una metodología basada en la norma GTC 45:2012, que establece los lineamientos para la identificación de peligros, evaluación y control de riesgos laborales.
Para terminar, se espera que el diseño facilite la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el conjunto cerrado Villa Ligia IV y contribuya a mejorar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores, a prevenir accidentes y enfermedades laborales y a fomentar una cultura de seguridad y prevención en el lugar.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of the degree project is to design an occupational safety and health management system in the Villa Ligia IV residential complex, in order to improve working conditions and prevent accidents and occupational diseases in the workers of the place.
The project is based on Decree 1072: 2015, which establishes the standards and guidelines for the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in Colombia. The following stages will be carried out: initial diagnosis, design of tools that facilitate compliance with current regulations applied to the company including: identification of hazards and risk assessment, legal matrix, emergency plan, annual training plan, OSH policy, among others. Finally, an annual work plan to ensure the continuous improvement of the system.
A methodology based on the GTC 45:2012 standard, which establishes guidelines for the identification of hazards, evaluation and control of occupational risks, will be used.
Finally, it is expected that the design will facilitate the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system in the Villa Ligia IV closed complex and contribute to improve the working conditions of the workers, prevent accidents and occupational diseases and promote a culture of safety and prevention at the site.
