Abstract
La PML tiene como propósito integrar los objetivos ambientales en el proceso de producción para reducir desechos y emisiones en lo que se refiere a la cantidad y toxicidad y así reducir los costos (ONUDI, 2023). El informe de prácticas tuvo como objeto diseñar estrategias de Producción Mas Limpia-PML- para la mejora del desempeño ambiental del área de gestión ambiental en la empresa Aseo del Norte S.A.S Valledupar, Cesar, basado en la Política de PML, por medio de tres fases: realizar un diagnóstico ambiental de los diferentes procesos y servicios del área de gestión ambiental en la empresa Aseo del Norte S.A.S; formular programas de Producción Mas Limpia-PML- (manejo eficiente de recursos, gestión integral de residuos sólidos) para la mejora del desempeño ambiental de Aseo del Norte S.A.S Valledupar, Cesar y finalmente, socializar las estrategias formuladas de PML a los trabajadores del área de gestión ambiental en la empresa Aseo del Norte. Las estrategias de producción más limpia en el área de gestión ambiental de la empresa Aseo del Norte, formuladas se orientan a cambiar los patrones insostenibles de producción y consumo por parte de los diferentes actores de la organización, lo que contribuirá a reducir la contaminación, conservar los recursos, favorecer la integridad ambiental de los bienes y servicios y estimular el uso sostenible de la biodiversidad, como fuentes de la competitividad empresarial y de la calidad de vida.
ABSTRACT
Cleaner Production (CP) aims to integrate environmental objectives into the production process to reduce waste and emissions in terms of both quantity and toxicity, thereby lowering costs (UNIDO, 2023). The objective of this internship report was to design Cleaner Production (CP) strategies to improve the environmental performance of the Environmental Management Department at Aseo del Norte S.A.S, Valledupar, Cesar, based on the Cleaner Production Policy. This was approached through three phases: conducting an environmental diagnosis of the various processes and services in the Environmental Management Department of Aseo del Norte S.A.S; formulating Cleaner Production programs (efficient resource use, integrated solid waste management) to enhance the company’s environmental performance; and finally, presenting the formulated CP strategies to the workers of the Environmental Management Department at Aseo del Norte.
The Cleaner Production strategies developed for Aseo del Norte's Environmental Management Department are aimed at transforming the organization’s unsustainable production and consumption patterns. These efforts are intended to reduce pollution, conserve resources, enhance the environmental integrity of goods and services, and promote the sustainable use of biodiversity as sources of business competitiveness and improved quality of life.
