| dc.description.abstract | Watson menciona que es importante rescatar el aspecto humano ante la reestructuración administrativa de los sistemas de cuidado; para esto, enfermería en su praxis no pierda de vista las características que conforman un cuidado humanizado que hacen conocer al paciente de manera transpersonal priorizando las necesidades interferidas y dar un significado a la vida. Objetivo: Describir las características del cuidado humanizado por enfermería a pacientes hospitalizados en el área de medicina interna en una institución salud valledupar 2020. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 30 pacientes con un día mínimo de hospitalización en el área de medicina interna del HRPL. Se aplicó una encuesta tipo likert modificada a la problemática a estudiar donde se evidencia una primera parte en cuanto la caracterización sociodemográfica y una segunda parte acerca de las características del cuidadoque a la vez se divide en categoría apoyo emocional y categoría cuidado físico. Análisis y discusión: El 63% de los pacientes hospitalizados en el área de medicina interna del HRPL expresan que las características de cuidado brindados por enfermería son humanizado y bueno. Las categorías con mayor porcentaje priorización del cuidado y empatía. Las categorías con menor porcentaje Sentimientos del paciente y apoyo emocional. Finalmente se concluye que es importante no perder la esencia de la Enfermería que es cuidar humanamente; es necesario implementar estrategias para promover la atención humanizada y fortalecer las debilidades identificadas. Abstract Watson mentions that it is important to rescue the human aspect in the face of the administrative restructuring of care systems; for this, nursing in its praxis does not lose sight of the characteristics that make up a humanized care that make the patient known in a transpersonal way prioritizing interfered needs and giving meaning to life. Objective: To describe the characteristics of humanized nursing care for hospitalized patients in the area of internal medicine in a Valledupar 2020 Health Institution. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study, the population was made up of 30 patients with a minimum day of hospitalization in the internal medicine area of the HRPL. A modified Likert survey was applied to the problem to be studied where a first part is evidenced in terms of sociodemographic characterization and a second part about the characteristics of care that at the same time is divided into category Emotional support and category Physical care. Analysis and discussion: 63% of patients hospitalized in the internal medicine area of the HRPL express that the characteristics of care provided by nursing is humanized and good. The categories with the highest percentage Prioritization of Care and Empathy. The categories with the lowest percentage Patient Feelings and Emotional Support. Conclusion: It is important not to lose the essence of Nursing, which is to care for humanely; it is necessary to implement strategies to promote humanized care and thus strengthen the weaknesses identified. | |
