dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El proyecto de grado "Inclusión y Calidad: Estrategias para la Educación en Valledupar" analiza las causas de la deserción escolar en el municipio de Valledupar entre 2018 y 2023, destacando el impacto negativo en el desarrollo socioeconómico de la región. Este fenómeno afecta particularmente a estudiantes con discapacidad debido a la falta de atención inclusiva y programas de apoyo. El objetivo principal es diseñar estrategias de carácter multidisciplinario que aborde la problemática, mejorando la calidad educativa y reduciendo las tasas de abandono escolar. Los resultados muestran que la deserción escolar perpetúa la pobreza, disminuye las oportunidades educativas y limita el acceso al mercado laboral formal, impactando el crecimiento económico y social del municipio. ABSTRACT The degree project "Inclusion and Quality: An Action Plan for Education in Valledupar" analyzes the causes of school dropout in the municipality of Valledupar between 2018 and 2023, highlighting the negative impact on the socioeconomic development of the region. This phenomenon particularly affects students with disabilities due to the lack of inclusive care and support programs. The main objective is to design a multidisciplinary action plan that addresses the problem, improving educational quality and reducing school dropout rates. The results show that school dropout perpetuates poverty, decreases educational opportunities and limits access to the formal labor market, impacting the economic and social growth of the municipality.
