dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como propósito central determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en los trabajadores de una industria de lácteos de la ciudad de Valledupar. Para ello, se tomaron datos con la EDCO y el Cuestionario de Estrés Laboral en 60 trabajadores de una empresa de lácteos, en un estudio no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Se encontró que el 70% de trabajadores perciben un clima organizacional saludable; así mismo, un 25% de trabajadores tenían un nivel de estrés muy alto y un 19% alto. De igual manera, se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa en un nivel intermedio entre el clima organizacional y el estrés laboral entre todos los trabajadores, independiente del sexo, aunque siendo inexistente la correlación entre los trabajadores de más de 40 años. Se concluye que el estudio presenta una alta relevancia, pues permite acoger evidencia sobre los posibles efectos del clima en el bienestar, aunque se reconocen las limitaciones propias de la investigación y la necesidad de realizar tomas de datos más amplios y que incluyan otras variables. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and work stress in workers in a dairy industry in the city of Valledupar. For this, data were taken with the EDCO and the Labor Stress Questionnaire in 60 workers of a dairy company, in a non experimental, correlational and cross-sectional study. It was found that 70% of workers perceive a healthy organizational climate; Likewise, 25% of workers had a very high stress level and 19% high. Similarly, a statistically significant correlation was found at an intermediate level between organizational climate and work stress among all workers, regardless of sex, although the correlation between workers over 40 years of age is non-existent. It is concluded that the study presents a high relevance, since it allows to receive evidence on the possible effects of climate on well-being, although the limitations of the research and the need to take more extensive data and that include other variables are recognized.
