dc.description.abstractDentro de las buenas prácticas que se deben realizar en el Cementerio de Plato, Magdalena, para brindar un óptimo servicio y mantener un área limpia y libre de contaminación, el plan de saneamiento básico es el más importante, dado que está estrechamente ligado a la higiene, la salubridad y el medio ambiente, por abarca un compendio de acciones que brindan la limpieza del entorno y las actividades que se realizan para su cumplimiento. Su adecuado diseño e implementación contribuye al control de factores de riesgo de contaminación, como control de vectores, generación manejo y disposición de residuos, la contaminación por aguas y la contaminación microbiológica que se puede presentar si no se le da un buen manejo a las actividades que demanda este establecimiento. Para llevar a cabo el diseño del plan de saneamiento básico propuesto para el Cementerio Municipal de Plato, Magdalena se implementó con una metodología descrita en fases que consisten en la inspección ocular de las condiciones higiénico – sanitario, el diagnostico preliminar, la verificación con la legislación, la identificación y calificación de aspectos e impactos, y la elaboración y puesta en marcha de los programa de control de vectores, programa de residuos sólidos, programa de uso y ahorro eficiente de agua y el programa de limpieza y desinfección Como medida de control se implementó un formato que permitirá verificar y registrar el cumplimiento de las actividades, la frecuencia de su realización y así propender brindar servicios de calidad a los usuarios del Cementerio Municipal. Abstract Among the good practices that must be carried out in the Plato Cemetery, Magdalena, to provide optimal service and maintain a clean and contamination-free area, the basic sanitation plan is the most important, since it is closely linked to hygiene, health and the environment, by encompassing a compendium of actions that provide cleaning of the environment and the activities that are carried out for its fulfillment. Its proper design and implementation contributes to the control of contamination risk factors, such as vector control, generation, management and disposal of waste, contamination by water and microbiological contamination that can occur if activities are not properly managed that this establishment demands. To carry out the design of the basic sanitation plan proposed for the Municipal Cemetery of Plato, Magdalena was implemented with a methodology described in phases that consist of the visual inspection of the hygienic – sanitary conditions, the preliminary diagnosis, the verification with the legislation , the identification and qualification of aspects and impacts, and the preparation and implementation of the vector control program, solid waste program, efficient water use and saving program, and cleaning and disinfection program. As a control measure, a format was implemented that will allow to verify and record the fulfillment of the activities, the frequency of their performance and thus tend to provide quality services to the users of the Municipal Cemetery.
