Abstract
Dentro de las dinámicas de crecimiento estructural y urbanístico que sufren las ciudades y municipios, se hace necesaria la ampliación o modificación de su infraestructura, lo que implica la construcción, remodelación, rehabilitación o demolición de estructuras; estas actividades son generadoras de los residuos denominados de construcción y demolición más conocidos como escombros, los cuales son dispuestos en diversos lugares sin tener en cuenta la normatividad vigente aplicable para este tipo de desechos.
El presente proyecto pretende proporcionar herramientas válidas y concretas de fácil manejo y comprensión al momento de ejecutar acciones y actividades encaminadas al manejo integral de los residuos sólidos en este caso escombros, con el fin de mejorar las condiciones ambientales y económicas del municipio Becerril. Se pretende encontrar alternativas de solución para la problemática ambiental actual en el manejo de los residuos sólidos urbanos, específicamente los (residuos de construcción y demolición) RCD; los cuales van en un descontrolado crecimiento, dichas alternativas van encaminadas al aprovechamiento y valorización comercial de estos residuos o al tratamiento y buena disposición final.
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal diseñar alternativas de solución para el manejo y tratamiento de residuos especiales tipo escombros en el municipio de Becerril departamento del Cesar.
Este trabajo estará constituido por el diagnóstico de la situación actual del manejo y tratamiento que se le dan a este tipo de residuos, donde se pudo determinar que dicho municipio no cuenta con un buen manejo y un sitio destinado para la disposición final. Posteriormente se realizó una valoración de los impactos ambientales generados en el municipio donde se pudo identificar los efectos e impactos ambientales. Seguidamente se pudo evaluar y calificar estos mismos por medio la matriz de Leopold y como resultados se determinó que el medio biótico con un 45 % es el componente que más se ve afectado por los impactos ambientales negativos, el componente abiótico con un 30 %, seguidamente hidrosferico y geomorfológico con un porcentaje de 13 % y 12 % respectivamente.
Se plantearon una serie de alternativas de solución de las cuales se escogieron dos, la cual consiste en la construcción de una escombrera municipal y la recolección, transporte y disposición final de los residuos especiales tipo escombros que se generan en el municipio de Becerril, Cesar.
A Manera de conclusión final se llevó a cabo la socialización del proyecto a la comunidad del municipio de becerril, donde por medio de divulgación presencial, entrevistas y capacitaciones se les suministro a la comunidad toda la información del proyecto.
ABSTRACT
Within the dynamics of structural and urban growth suffered by cities and municipalities, it is necessary to expand or modify their infrastructure, which implies the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation or demolition of structures; These activities generate construction and demolition waste, better known as rubble, which is disposed of in various places without taking into account the current regulations applicable to this type of waste.
This project aims to provide valid and concrete tools that are easy to use and understand when executing actions and activities aimed at the comprehensive management of solid waste, in this case debris, in order to improve the environmental and economic conditions of the Becerril municipality. It is intended to find alternative solutions for the current environmental problems in the management of urban solid waste, specifically RCD (construction and demolition waste); which are in an uncontrolled growth, these alternatives are aimed at the use and commercial recovery of this waste or treatment and good final disposal.
The main objective of this research was to design alternative solutions for the management and treatment of special waste type debris in the municipality of Becerril, department of Cesar.
This work will be constituted by the diagnosis of the current situation of the management and treatment given to this type of waste, where it was possible to determine that said municipality does not have good management and a site destined for final disposal. Subsequently, an assessment of the environmental impacts generated in the municipality was carried out, where the environmental effects and impacts could be identified. Then it was possible to evaluate and qualify these by means of the Leopold matrix and as a result it was determined that the biotic environment with 45% is the component that is most affected by negative environmental impacts, the abiotic component with 30%, then hydrospheric and geomorphological with a percentage of 13% and 12% respectively.
A series of solution alternatives were proposed, of which two were chosen, which consists of the construction of a municipal dump and the collection, transport and final disposal of special waste type rubble that is generated in the municipality of Becerril, Cesar.
As a final conclusion, the socialization of the project was carried out to the community of the municipality of Becerril, where through face-to-face disclosure, interviews and training, all the information about the project was provided to the community.
