Abstract
La investigación se centra en el papel de la inteligencia artificial en las organizaciones del continente americano, analizando su impacto en los procesos productivos, administrativos y de innovación. Se identifican los principales cambios que la IA está generando en el ámbito laboral y social, así como los retos éticos y legales asociados. Además, se revisan los beneficios que aporta a la optimización de recursos y a la toma de decisiones estratégicas, considerando la necesidad de adaptación de las instituciones educativas y empresariales a este nuevo contexto tecnológico.
Abstract
This research focuses on the role of artificial intelligence in organizations across the American continent, analyzing its impact on productive, administrative, and innovation processes. It identifies the main changes that AI is generating in the labor and social spheres, as well as the ethical and legal challenges associated with its implementation. Additionally, the study reviews the benefits of AI in optimizing resources and supporting strategic decision-making, while highlighting the need for adaptation among educational and business institutions to this new technological context.
