| dc.description.abstract | El plan escolar de gestión del riesgo tiene el objetivo de conocer los riesgos que en un momento determinado pueden afectar a la comunidad escolar, trabajar colectiva y participativamente sobre sus causas para evitar que esos riesgos se conviertan en desastres, y prepararse para disminuir las pérdidas, responder más adecuadamente y facilitar la recuperación, en caso de que ocurra una emergencia o un riesgo. La Institución Educativa Kennedy, Ciénaga, Magdalena, en sus sedes: principal y primaria, no cuenta con un plan de gestión del riesgo escolar, por lo que, no existen acciones ni programas articulados para hacer frente a los riesgos y evitar que estos se potencialicen en emergencias, lo que aumenta la vulnerabilidad de la comunidad escolar, la seguridad de los bienes y servicios que presta la institución. La investigación tuvo por objeto formular el plan escolar de gestión del riesgo basado en de la guía para la formulación de planes escolares para la gestión del riesgo (2018), en la institución educativa Kennedy, Ciénaga, Magdalena, por medio de tres fases: diagnosticar socio-ambientalmente la Institución Educativa Kennedy; identificar escenarios de riesgo de desastres, y diseñar los programas del plan de gestión del riesgo escolar de la Institución. Conforme a la revisión documental y las encuestas realizadas, las amenazas por inundaciones son las que mayormente afectan la zona, con prioridad alta, seguido de los vendavales, incendios forestales y la erosión del suelo. Entre las medidas, se requiere preparación para la coordinación, Sistemas de alerta, Red de instituciones involucradas y equipos. Palabras claves: Desastres natural, riesgo, vulnerabilidad. ABSTRACT The school risk management plan has the objective of knowing the risks that at a given time may affect the school community, working collectively and participative on their causes to prevent these risks from becoming disasters, and preparing to reduce losses, respond more appropriately and facilitate recovery, should an emergency or risk occur. The Kennedy Educational Institution, Ciénaga, Magdalena, in its two locations: main and primary headquarters, does not have a school risk management plan, therefore, there are no articulated actions or programs to address the risks and prevent them from occurring. Are enhanced in emergencies, which increases the vulnerability of the school community and the security of the goods and services provided by the institution. The purpose of the research was to formulate the school risk management plan based on the guide for the formulation of school plans for risk management (2018), at the Kennedy educational institution, Ciénaga, Magdalena, through three phases: diagnose socio-environmentally the Kennedy Educational Institution; identify disaster risk scenarios and design the Institution's school risk management plan programs. According to the documentary review and surveys carried out, flood threats are those that mostly affect the area, with high priority, followed by windstorms, forest fires and soil erosion. Among the measures, preparation for coordination, alert systems, network of institutions involved, and equipment are required.
