Abstract
Se presenta el siguiente proyecto con la finalidad de evaluar las características hidráulicas
del sistema de alcantarillado del corregimiento de La Mata – La Gloria, Cesar; en donde vincula
en la realización de estudios de campo y recopilación de información secundaria sobre los aspectos
geográficos, topográficos y diseños e instalaciones del sistema de alcantarillado. Para ello, se
ejecutaron tres etapas metodológicas: La primera de ellas, realización un diagnóstico de la
situación en el corregimiento La Mata, teniendo en cuenta población afectada, características
socio-culturales y participación ciudadana. La segunda consistió en un análisis de los componentes
necesarios que demandan su optimización para lograr un pleno funcionamiento del sistema del
corregimiento La Mata. Y finalmente, la fase 3, la presentación de una alternativa viable tanto
técnica como económica, ambiental y óptima para el funcionamiento del sistema del corregimiento
La Mata, la cual fue el Sistema De Alcantarillado Convencional. Los resultados arrojaron un
estado del sistema de alcantarillado bastante precario debido a fallas en los errores de diseño y
pendientes que no son propicias para generar un buen flujo de arrastre de los materiales en las
tuberías, así mismo, se evidenció descontento en la población ya que su calidad de vida se ha visto
directamente afectada. Por tanto, se concluyó que se deben hacer modificaciones y ajustes al
sistema, implementar nuevas tecnologías, aumentar presupuesto y vincular a la comunidad con el
proyecto.
ABSTRACT
The following project is presented with the purpose of evaluating the hydraulic
characteristics of the sewage system of the corregimiento of La Mata - La Gloria, Cesar; where it
is linked to carrying out field studies and collecting secondary information on the geographical,
topographical aspects and designs and installations of the sewage system. For this, three
methodological stages were carried out: The first of them, carrying out a diagnosis of the situation
in the village of La Mata, taking into account the affected population, socio-cultural characteristics
and citizen participation. The second consisted of an analysis of the necessary components that
demand their optimization to achieve a full functioning of the La Mata district system. And finally,
phase 3, the presentation of a viable technical, economic, environmental and optimal alternative
for the operation of the La Mata system, which was the Conventional Sewerage System. The
results showed a quite precarious state of the sewage system due to failures in design errors and
slopes that are not conducive to generating a good drag flow of the materials in the pipes, likewise,
discontent was evidenced in the population since their quality of life has been directly affected.
Therefore, it was concluded that modifications and adjustments to the system must be made, new
technologies implemented, budget increased and the community linked to the project.
