dc.description.abstractLa predisposición de la conducta homofóbica es un tema de investigación del que se ha evadido o no se ha tratado específicamente. Es importante conocer teorías que pueden ampliar la percepción sobre estos temas tan complejos como lo es la homofobia y las variables vinculadas al entendimiento de las actitudes hacia las personas LGBTQ+. Pocos estudios han trabajado teorías objetivas sobre la homofobia aprendida, examinando los procesos familiares presentados en sus hogares u otros espacios donde el aprendizaje de la persona es vulnerable a recibir todo tipo de información. La hipótesis sobre si existen o no estudios que se centren en el comportamiento homofóbico desde el aprendizaje son pocos, muchos se enfocan en los diferentes tipos de homofobia, pero conocer a fondo lo que otros estudios dicen sobre esto es fundamental para tener más bases de conocimiento acerca del tema y la forma de influir en la toma de decisiones de los individuos. Abstract The predisposition of homophobic behavior is a research topic that has often been avoided or not specifically addressed. It is important to know theories that can broaden the perception of such complex issues as homophobia and the variables linked to understanding attitudes toward LGBTQ+ people. Few studies have worked on objective theories of learned homophobia, examining family processes in households or other spaces where individuals’ learning is vulnerable to receiving all types of information. The hypothesis about whether there are studies focused on homophobic behavior from the perspective of learning is limited; many focus on the different types of homophobia. However, knowing in depth what other studies state about this is fundamental to provide more knowledge bases on the subject and to understand how it can influence individuals’ decision-making.
