Abstract
Esta propuesta ha sido desarrollada con el objetivo de realizar un seguimiento de todas las actividades y proyectos relacionados con la ejecución del plan de saneamiento y manejo de vertimientos (PSMV) en el municipio de SAN MARCOS por parte de la empresa de servicios públicos TRIPLE A DEL NORTE S.A E.S.P. Esto se debe a que, la corporación autónoma regional para el desarrollo sostenible de la mojana y San Jorge tiene por objeto velar por el cumplimiento de este plan PSMV teniendo en cuenta la resolución 1433 del año 2004.
En consecuencia, se elaborará un informe general basado sobre los resultados de la implementación del plan y las medidas de mejora que llevará a cabo la empresa para el cumplimiento de cada uno de los objetivos y metas propuestas dentro del PSMV en el municipio de San Marcos, Sucre.
Al inicio de esta práctica, se diagnosticaron específicamente todos los documentos existentes sobre PSMV presentados por el municipio ante la corporación. Posteriormente, se realizarán unas inspecciones técnicas a los resultados y proyectos ejecutados dentro del municipio que verifiquen el cumplimiento del PSMV según los tiempos y plazos de entrega estipulados en el documento técnico. Por último, se estructura una serie de acciones de mejora que la empresa deberá de acatar con base a la sugerencias técnicas y ambientales evidenciadas por la corporación.
ABSTRACT
This proposal has been developed with the aim of monitoring all activities and projects related to the implementation of the Wastewater Sanitation and Discharge Management Plan (PSMV) in the municipality of San Marcos, carried out by the public services company TRIPLE A DEL NORTE S.A E.S.P. This is because the Regional Autonomous Corporation for the Sustainable Development of La Mojana and San Jorge is responsible for ensuring compliance with this PSMV plan, in accordance with Resolution 1433 of 2004.
As a result, a general report will be prepared based on the outcomes of the plan’s implementation and the improvement measures to be undertaken by the company to meet each of the objectives and goals set within the PSMV in the municipality of San Marcos, Sucre.
At the beginning of this internship, a diagnostic was conducted focusing specifically on all existing documents related to the PSMV that were submitted by the municipality to the Corporation. Subsequently, technical inspections were carried out on the results and projects executed within the municipality to verify compliance with the PSMV, according to the deadlines and timelines established in the technical document. Finally, a series of improvement actions were outlined, which the company must adopt based on the technical and environmental recommendations identified by the Corporation.
