| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar una evaluación técnica y operativa en la red de distribución de agua del corregimiento de Guacoche, el cual permitirá determinar las causas del desabastecimiento constante existente en esta población. El presente documento muestra los resultados del trabajo de investigación los cuales consistieron en un diagnóstico del estado técnico y operativo de la red de distribución del acueducto rural, examinar los criterios de diseño y parámetros de operación de la red, toma de muestras de agua y realización de análisis básico de algunos parámetros físicos, químicos y microbiológicos del agua, y establecer consideraciones de mejoramiento en la operación, mantenimiento y rehabilitación del acueducto de Guacoche. Todo esto arrojó como resultado que el sistema de acueducto del corregimiento de Guacoche no cumple con los estándares establecidos por la ley, dado que presenta deficiencias técnicas y operativas, y el agua suministrada a la población no es apta para el consumo humano debido a su baja calidad. ABSTRACT The present project aims to carry out a technical and operational evaluation of the distribution network of the supply system of the village of Guacoche, which will allow to determine the causes of the constant shortage existing in this population. This document shows the results of the research work which consisted of a diagnosis of the technical and operational status of the rural aqueduct distribution network, examine the design criteria and operating parameters of the network, take water samples and carry out basic analysis of some physical, chemical and microbiological parameters of the water, and establish considerations for improvement in the operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the Guacoche aqueduct. All this resulted in the fact that the aqueduct system of the village of Guacoche does not meet the standards established by law, since it presents technical and operational deficiencies, and the water supplied to the population is not suitable for human consumption due to its low quality.
