In the present work of investigation there appeared the formulation of food diets for pigs of I wean, of the crossing of the race pietran-landrace of 20 days of born of sex macho. With alternative protein from scouring milk in powder and cake of soy bean, determining the consumption of food, the profit of weight, the food conversion and to cheapen costs of production. 28 pigs were in use in I wean.
Under this intention this investigation was realized, taking in counts a diet witness (D1) with commercial concentrate brand CULTIVATES, the second diet (D2) only with Scouring milk in powder, a third diet with 50 % of scouring milk in powder and 50 % of cake of soy bean and finally the diet four only of cake of soy bean. Before the beginning of the experimental stage the production of the food was realized for the pigs, under strict quality control, to provide innocuousness to the elaborated product, by means of steps as 1 is indicated in the graph.
At the conclusion of the investigation the following results were obtained: With regard to the food consumption statistically significant difference does not exist; as for the profit of weight a difference between diets exists, the diet one, suplementada with commercial concentrate he presents the major profit of average weight being of 4,08 kg followed of the diet three corresponding to 50 % Scouring milk in powder and 50 % cake of soy bean with an average of 3,84 kg and the diets two corresponding to 100 % scouring milk in powder, and four corresponding to 100 % cake of soy bean present significant earnings of weight but below the diet one, being these of 3,65 and 3,53 kg respectively. For the execution of this investigation one counted with the collaboration of the National Service of Learning (SEINE) - CDA Valledupar, facilitating the use of his facilities and at once there was realized the adequacy and cleaning of the porquerizas

En el presente trabajo de investigación se planteó la formulación de dietas alimenticias para lechones de desteto, del cruce de la raza pietran-landrace de 20 días de nacido de sexo macho. Con proteína alternativa proveniente de barredura de leche en polvo y torta de soya, determinando el consumo de alimento, la ganancia de peso, la conversión alimenticia y abaratar costos de producción.
Se utilizaron 28 lechones en desteto. Bajo este propósito se realizó esta investigación, tomando en cuenta una dieta testigo (D1) con concentrado comercial marca FINCA, una segunda dieta (D2) solo con Barredura de leche en polvo, una tercera dieta con 50% de barredura de leche en polvo y 50% de torta de soya y por último la dieta cuatro solo de torta de soya. Previo al inicio de la etapa experimental se realizó la elaboración del alimento para los lechones, bajo estricto control de calidad, para proporcionar inocuidad al producto elaborado, mediante pasos como se indican en la gráfica 1.
Al término de la investigación se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: Respecto al consumo de alimento no existe diferencia estadísticamente significativa; en cuanto a la ganancia de peso existe una diferencia entre dietas, la dieta uno, suplementada con concentrado comercial presenta la mayor ganancia de peso promedio siendo de 4,08 kg, seguido de la dieta tres correspondiente a un 50% Barredura de leche en polvo y 50% torta de soya con un promedio de 3,84 kg y las dietas dos correspondiente al 100% barredura de leche en polvo, y cuatro correspondiente a 100% torta de soya presentan ganancias de pesos significativas pero por debajo de la dieta uno, siendo estas de 3,65 y 3,53 kg respectivamente. Para la ejecución de esta investigación se contó con la colaboración del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA)- CDA Valledupar, facilitando el uso de sus instalaciones y de inmediato se realizó la adecuación e higienización de las porquerizas.
