dc.description.abstractLos Pagos por Servicios Ambientales -PSA, son un sistema que entrega un incentivo económico, que consiste en la aplicación de una herramienta de valoración económica para garantizar la recuperación, preservación y conservación de servicios ambientales definidos que proveen ecosistemas vulnerables como los páramos (FAO, 2009). Se diseñó el esquema de PSA en la RNC, para esto se identificaron los bienes y servicios ambientales prestados, se cuantificó el valor económico, social y ambiental y se estructuró el mecanismo de pago para el aprovechamiento sostenible y conservación de los recursos, bienes y servicios prestados la reserva Chamicero de Perijá. Los resultados evidenciaron que la mediana de DAP adecuada y considerable como valor de aporte voluntario se obtiene un valor de 1.700 COP. Se identificaron diversos actores interesados en el PSA, entre los que se encuentran las comunidades de campesinos propias de la RNC, entidades comunitarias y del Estado que poseen distintas posiciones políticas sobre el territorio. Por último, para el costo de oportunidad, la estimación del incentivo anual es de $ 3.207.694,8distribuido en las 3 familias priorizadas, este valor puede aumentar o disminuir teniendo en cuenta el índice de precios al consumidor del respectivo año o la inflación, el costo de oportunidad por hectárea se definió para la RNC, el monto a pagar del PSA sería de $5.600.000 por hectárea al año. Se logró establecer el PSA conforme a las necesidades presentadas por la Reserva Natural el Chamicero como incentivo económico para garantizar la recuperación, preservación y conservación de servicios ambientales definidos. ABSTRACT Payments for Environmental Services -PSA, are a system that provides an economic incentive, which consists of the application of an economic valuation tool to guarantee the recovery, preservation and conservation of defined environmental services that provide vulnerable ecosystems such as moorlands (FAO, 2009). The PSA was established in accordance with the needs presented by the El Chamicero Nature Reserve as an economic incentive to guarantee the recovery, preservation, and conservation of defined environmental services.
