Abstract
El proyecto propone el desarrollo de un aplicativo para el Club Valledupar que permita parametrizar, estandarizar y presentar recetas de cocina, integrando inteligencia artificial mediante Amazon Alexa y una interfaz web. El problema identificado radica en la falta de estandarización en la preparación de platillos, lo que genera variaciones en sabor, presentación, tiempos de preparación y un manejo ineficiente del inventario. A través de un enfoque metodológico mixto y el uso de la metodología ágil Scrum, se diseñaron e implementaron módulos para la gestión de recetas, inventarios y consultas por voz. El sistema facilita a los cocineros acceder a recetas e ingredientes mediante comandos de voz, reducir errores humanos, optimizar tiempos y garantizar consistencia en los platillos. Se concluye que la automatización basada en IA mejora significativamente la eficiencia operativa del Club Valledupar y abre posibilidades para futuras ampliaciones tecnológicas.
ABSTRACT
This project presents the development of an application for Club Valledupar designed to parameterize, standardize, and display cooking recipes by integrating artificial intelligence through Amazon Alexa and a web interface. The identified problem is the lack of recipe standardization, resulting in inconsistencies in flavor, presentation, preparation time, and inefficient inventory management. Using a mixed research approach and the Scrum agile methodology, modules for recipe management, inventory control, and voice-based queries were developed. The system enables cooks to access recipes and ingredient quantities through voice commands, reducing human error, optimizing preparation times, and ensuring consistent dish quality. The results demonstrate that AI-driven automation significantly enhances kitchen efficiency and provides a technological foundation for future improvements at Club Valledupar.
