dc.description.abstractLos ecosistemas se encuentran amenazados a consecuencia de la actividad incontrolable del ser humano y la multiplicidad de impactos causados por la interacción socio natural no permiten el desarrollo sostenible y la sustentabilidad. En el presente caso se realiza una Valoración Económica de los Bienes y Servicios Ambientales y Turísticos del Balneario Azúcar Buena, en el corregimiento de La Mesa, Valledupar. Para esto se identificaron los bienes, servicios y aspectos ambientales y fueron zonificados, posteriormente se determinaron las capacidades de carga Biofísica, Real y Efectiva, logrando estimar que el Balneario puede recibir 2221 visitas al día en un promedio de estadía de 12,5 horas. Por último, se emplearon métodos de valoración contingente paramétrico y no paramétrico, logrando definir un valor de bienestar equivalente a los $1800 COP, que se considera ínfimo para hacer sostenible y sustentable este tipo de actividad turística. ABSTRACT Ecosystems are threatened as a result of uncontrollable human activity and the multiplicity of impacts caused by socio-natural interaction do not allow sustainable development and sustainability. In the present case, an Economic Valuation of the Environmental and Tourist Goods and Services of the Azúcar Buena Spa, in the village of La Mesa, Valledupar, is carried out. For this, the goods, services and environmental aspects were identified and zoned, later the Biophysical, Real and Effective load capacities were determined, estimating that the Spa can receive 2221 visits per day in an average stay of 12.5 hours. Finally, parametric and non-parametric contingent valuation methods were used, managing to define a welfare value equivalent to $1,800 COP, which is considered insignificant to make this type of tourist activity sustainable and sustainable.
