Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el nivel de calidad de vida laboral (CVL) en los trabajadores del restaurante MB Steak House ubicado en la ciudad de Valledupar, se realizó desde un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo con un corte transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 50 trabajadores de un restaurante ubicado en el norte de la ciudad de Valledupar, los cuales se identificaron sociodemográficamente mediante un cuestionario y también se les realizó la aplicación del instrumento CVT-GOHISALO el cual gracias a su baremación mide los niveles de CVL agrupándolos en bajos, medios y altos respectivamente.
En cuanto al análisis de los resultados, este arrojó que el 54% de participantes se encuentra en un nivel alto, un 46% de estos pertenece al nivel medio y finalmente un 0% de los participantes se encuentra en un nivel bajo, siendo las dimensiones bienestar logrado a través del trabajo (quinta) y administración del tiempo libre (séptima) las únicas en que predomina el nivel bajo, sin embargo; en un nivel general la población se encuentra dentro de los niveles adecuados de CVL.
Abstract
The objective of the present investigation was to determine the level of quality of work life in workers of the MB Steak House restaurant located in the city of Valledupar, it was carried out from a quantitative approach, descriptive with a cross section, the population was made up of 50 workers of a restaurant located in the north of the city of Valledupar, who were identified sociodemographically through a questionnaire and also applied the CVT-GOHISALO instrument which, thanks to its scale, measures the levels of quality of working life (CVL ) in low, medium and high respectively.
The analysis of the results showed that 54% of the participants are at a high level, 46% of these belong to the medium level and finally 0% of the participants are at a low level, being the well-being dimensions achieved through work (fifth) and free time management (seventh) the only ones in which the low level predominates, however; it is valid to affirm that the population is within the adequate levels of CVL.
