dc.description.abstractLa firma del Acuerdo de Paz en 2016 no disolvió los imaginarios de guerra que persisten en la memoria de las comunidades aledañas a Tierra Grata, en el Cesar. El rezago institucional y la estigmatización hacia los firmantes han sostenido la desconfianza y la exclusión, dejando un vacío que las instituciones no han logrado llenar. Esta investigación parte de que la construcción de paz trasciende los acuerdos formales y se juega en la transformación en campo de las relaciones sociales y culturales cotidianas. A través de una metodología cualitativa basada en una mesa de diálogo con firmantes en Tierra Grata, se analiza cómo la estigmatización afecta su reincorporación y qué papel juegan actores como los medios de comunicación, los gobiernos locales y las instituciones creadas para el correcto desarrollo en el posacuerdo. Frente a este panorama, la propuesta cultural y artística ´La Rotativa´ emerge como un ejercicio de construcción de paz desde el territorio. La investigación examina cómo sus prácticas artísticas contribuyen a reconfigurar los imaginarios sociales, a tejer confianza comunitaria y a contrarrestar los señalamientos que pesan sobre la vereda. Abstract The signing of the Peace Agreement in 2016 did not dissolve the war-related imaginaries that persist in the collective memory of communities surrounding Tierra Grata, in Cesar. Institutional shortcomings and the stigmatization of former combatants have sustained distrust and exclusion, leaving a gap that institutions have failed to fill. This research is based on the premise that peacebuilding goes beyond formal agreements and takes place through the transformation of everyday social and cultural relationships on the ground. Through a qualitative methodology based on a dialogue session with former combatants in Tierra Grata, the study analyzes how stigmatization affects their reintegration and the role played by actors such as the media, local governments, and institutions created to ensure the proper implementation of the post-agreement process. In this context, the cultural and artistic initiative “La Rotativa” emerges as a grassroots exercise in peacebuilding. The research examines how its artistic practices contribute to reshaping social imaginaries, fostering community trust, and counteracting the stigmas associated with the village.
