    Análisis de la competitividad empresarial del sector agroindustrial de Aguachica, Cesar

    El sector agro en el departamento del Cesar, representa en promedio el 2% de participación en la producción nacional. Esta investigación analizó la competitividad empresarial, a partir de la realización de un diagnóstico, que revelo cuáles son los principales indicadores de competitividad del este sector con relación a la productividad, para posteriormente hacer una evaluación que dieron lugar a una serie de recomendaciones, que las empresas del sector agroindustrial del municipio de Aguachica, podrían poner en práctica para ser más competitivas. El estudio es descriptivo de métodos mixtos, por lo que tiene como objetivo recolectar datos sobre el nivel de competitividad de las empresas Agroindustriales de Aguachica-Cesar, esclarecer los factores que las hacen competitivas en el mercado y medirlos. Información recogida de aspectos estadísticos, pretende abarcar la problemática mediante herramientas como encuestas y gestión documental. La población fueron 23 empresas registradas en la cámara de comercio del municipio de Aguachica en la categoría de agroindustria. Como resultado de esta investigación se encontró que el 43,5% de las MiPymes agroindustriales logran alcanzar sus objetivos con la cantidad normal de esfuerzo frente a sus competidores. En el caso de Aguachica, este sector en su mayoría lo representan microempresas, las cuales parecen estar en su zona de confort. Por otro lado, de acuerdo con los resultados y a lo indagado, estas unidades no se perciben competitivas, pues su enfoque principal es el aspecto económico, solo prestan atención a las acciones de los competidores para responder de manera similar en el mercado. ABSTRACT In the department of Cesar, the agroindustrial sector represents an average of 2% of participation in national production. This research will analyze business competitiveness, from carrying out a diagnosis, which develops what are the main competitiveness factors of this sector in relation to productivity, to subsequently make an evaluation that gave rise to a series of recommendations, which Companies in the agroindustrial sector of the municipality of Aguachica could put into practice to be more competitive. The research is exploratory of a descriptive type with a mixed approach, therefore, it seeks to collect information on the level of competitiveness that the agroindustrial companies of Aguachica, Cesar have, define the factors that allow them to be competitive in the market and measure them in statistical terms. The data collected from the companies to be studied aim to cover the problem through tools such as surveys and document management. The population was 23 companies registered in the chamber of commerce of the municipality of Aguachica in the agroindustry category. As a result of this research, it was found that 43.5% of agroindustrial MSMEs manage to achieve their objectives with the normal amount of effort. In the case of Aguachica, this sector is mostly represented by microenterprises, which seem to be in their comfort zone. On the other hand, according to the results and what was investigated, these units do not perceive themselves as competitive, since their main focus is the economic aspect, they only pay attention to the actions of competitors to respond in a similar way in the market.
