    La Inserción Laboral de los Jóvenes entre 20 y 28 años en la ciudad de Valledupar durante el periodo 2018 - 2022

    RESUMEN La investigación tuvo como principal objetivo analizar la inserción laboral de los jóvenes entre 20 y 28 años en la ciudad de Valledupar durante el período 2018 – 2022, teniendo en cuenta como los altos índices de desempleo juvenil e informalidad han llevado a que cada vez sean más los valduparenses que no cuenten con los ingresos suficientes para satisfacer sus necesidades básicas, en donde está se sustentó teóricamente con autores como: (Weller, 2003), (Palau, Caputo, & Segovia, 2006), (OIT, 2008), (Muñoz & Riquelme, 2016), (Rengifo, 2018), (Serna, Alzate, & Castro, 2006), (Sepulveda, 2006), (Gobbi, 2008), y (Gonzáles, 2018). Este estudio se caracterizó por ser de tipo descriptivo llegando a un conocimiento tipo explicativo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, además de que contó con una población de 483,250 habitantes que corresponde a toda la cabecera municipal de Valledupar y con una muestra de 96 personas para la recolección de información. De igual manera, para realizar dicho análisis se utilizó como instrumento una encuesta, en donde los resultados demostraron que ciertos factores inciden en la inserción laboral de los jóvenes entre 20 y 28 años, a raíz de estos hallazgos se formularon una serie de recomendaciones para abordar esta problemática, como lo fueron; priorizar el empleo estable a tiempo completo para jóvenes, incentivar la creación de emprendimientos, formalizar los trabajos independientes, desarrollar políticas públicas que incentiven a las empresas a promover la inclusión social, entre otros. Esto con el fin de poder estimular el empleo juvenil y asegurar mejores garantías para los habitantes de la ciudad y así mitigar la problemática en estudio. ABSTRACT The main objective of the research was to analyze the labor insertion of young people between 20 and 28 years old in the city of Valledupar during the period 2018 - 2022, taking into account how the high rates of youth unemployment and informality have led to more and more Valduparenses who do not have sufficient income to satisfy their basic needs, where it is was theoretically supported by authors such as: : (Weller, 2003), (Palau, Caputo, & Segovia, 2006), (OIT, 2008), (Muñoz & Riquelme, 2016), (Rengifo, 2018), (Serna, Alzate, & Castro, 2006), (Sepulveda, 2006), (Gobbi, 2008), y (Gonzáles, 2018).This study was characterized by being descriptive in nature, reaching explanatory knowledge, with a quantitative approach, in addition to having a population of 483,250 inhabitants that corresponds to the entire municipal capital of Valledupar and with a sample of 96 people for collection. of information. Likewise, to carry out this analysis, a survey was used as an instrument, where the results showed that certain factors affect the labor insertion of young people between 20 and 28 years old. As a result of these findings, a series of questions were formulated. recommendations to address this problem, such as; prioritize stable full-time employment for young people, encourage the creation of businesses, formalize independent jobs, develop public policies that encourage companies to promote social inclusion, among others. This in order to stimulate youth employment and ensure better guarantees for the inhabitants of the city and thus mitigate the problem under study.
