Description
De acuerdo a las necesidades vistas en el manejo y gestión de los procesos del centro deportivo y de recreación El Gran Chalet en la ciudad de Aguachica-Cesar. Y a los conocimientos obtenidos mediante el proceso de formación de los desarrolladores del proyecto en el programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Popular del Cesar seccional Aguachica, se optó por buscarle solución a dicha necesidad, mediante la creación de una aplicación en ambiente web que permita gestionar el proceso de reserva el cual es uno de los más importantes de la empresa, mejorando el manejo de forma ágil y eficaz. La investigación fue realizada mediante los parámetros de la metodología de investigación Ingeniería Web (IWeb).
El sistema fue realizado como aplicativo web (WebApp), con el fin de que además de que ayude a manejar y gestionar el proceso de reservas, los clientes de ella por medio de internet puedan ingresar y obtener información sobre los escenarios deportivos y de recreación que maneja la empresa y además comunicarse por medio de la aplicación para realizar sus reservas en línea sin acudir al establecimiento y al mismo tiempo esto ayuda a ampliar su publicidad.
El sistema Web implementado tiene todas las características necesarias acorde a los requerimientos de la empresa y los casos de uso realizados previamente para el óptimo funcionamiento, así como una interfaz de fácil acceso para cada uno de los usuarios que intervienen en el proceso.
Abstract
According to the needs seen in the management of the processes of the sports center and recreation El Gran Chalet in the city of Aguachica-Cesar. And to the knowledge obtained through the process of training the project developers in the Systems Engineering program of the Aguachica Seccion Popular University, it was decided to find a solution to this need, by creating an application in a web environment that allows managing the reservation process which is one of the most important of the company, improving management in an agile and efficient way. The research was carried out using the parameters of the research methodology Web Engineering (IWeb).
The system was made as a web application (WebApp), so that in addition to helping manage and manage the booking process, clients of it through the internet can enter and obtain information on the sports and recreation stage that manages the company and also communicate through the application to make their reservations online without going to the establishment and at the same time thishelps to expand their advertising.
The implemented Web system has all the necessary characteristics according to the requirements of the company and the cases of use made previously for the optimal operation, as well as an interface of easy access for each one of the users that take part in the process.
