En este proyecto se contempla, Crear una Solución Informática para Sistematizar los Procesos Electorales Internos en la Universidad Popular Del Cesar Seccional Aguachica, con el fin de llevar a cabo los procesos electorales de manera biométrica mediante huella dactilar para facilitar y garantizar los resultados de la contienda electoral, teniendo en cuenta el marco legal del estamento universitario.
ABSTRACT
This project contemplates creating a Computer Solution to Systematize the Internal Electoral Processes in the Popular University of the Cesar Section Aguachica, in order to carry out the electoral processes in a biometric way using a fingerprint to facilitate and guarantee the results of the contest electoral, taking into account the legal framework of the university.
