    Afrontamiento y adaptación de mujeres diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama, Sociedad de Oncología y Hematología del Cesar, 2022-I

    En la Sociedad de Oncología y Hematología del Cesar, 2022-I. se aplicó un instrumento, cuyo impreciso fue concertar la talento de afrontamiento y acondicionamiento de mujeres diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva, prospectiva, según los hechos incidentes y registros de la información, con un corte transversal según la etapa y secuencialidad de la investigación. La población objeto es el total de usuarias de 20 a 90 años, diagnosticadas con C.A de mama, que voluntariamente hicieron parte del estudio. En este, por conveniencia se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico y la muestra estuvo conformada por 30 usuarios externos. Una vez obtenidos los datos, se ingresan y analizan digitalmente, mediante el instrumento planteado, utilizándose Microsoft Word para relacionar variables cuantitativas y para las tablas y gráficos, Microsoft Excel. Se observa que el 47%; Grupo de edad apropiado de 51 a 70 años, El 43% fueron entre 20 y 50 años, finalmente el 10% entre 71 y 90 años. Sólo un 43% en usuarias de 20 a 50 años presentan alto conocimiento y el restante lo contrario, en donde aún se requiere realizar acciones para promocionar y mejorar la calidad de vida. Acerca de los factores de afrontamiento, el 48% interesadas en recopilar información y el 90% a cambiar, para encontrar alternativas de solución. Otro 70% ha sido capaz de aprender de dificultades, con el fin de reutilizar las estrategias para aumentar grado de afrontamiento. En última instancia el 80% utilizan el buen sentido del humor para aumentar su resiliencia. Abstract In the Society of Oncology and Hematology of Cesar, 2022-I. An instrument was applied, whose objective was to establish the coping and adaptation capacity of women diagnosed with breast cancer. This study is quantitative, descriptive, and prospective, according to the time of occurrence of the events and information records, cross-sectional according to the period and sequence of the investigation. The target population is the total number of users between the ages of 20 and 90, diagnosed with breast cancer, who voluntarily participated. In this, a non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used, the sample, made up of 30 users. Once the data was obtained, they were entered and analyzed digitally, through the proposed instrument, using Microsoft Word to relate quantitative variables and Microsoft Excel for tables and graphs. It is observed that 47%; corresponds to the age group from 51 to 70 years, 43% were between 20 and 50 years, finally 10% between 71 and 90 years. Only 43% of users between the ages of 20 and 50 present high knowledge and the rest the opposite, where actions are still required to promote and improve quality of life. About coping factors, 48% interested in collecting information and 90% to change, to find alternative solutions. Another 70% have been able to learn from difficulties, in order to reuse the strategies to increase the degree of coping. Ultimately 80% use a good sense of humor to increase their resilience.
