    Eficacia de terapias avanzadas en el manejo de heridas complicadas en el contexto quirúrgico de una IPS de Valledupar, 2025

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la eficacia clínica documentada de las terapias avanzadas aplicadas en el manejo de heridas complicadas en una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud de tercer nivel de complejidad en la ciudad de Valledupar, durante el año 2025. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, retrospectivo y de corte transversal, basado en la revisión documental de 70 historias clínicas autorizadas por la institución, correspondientes a pacientes atendidos entre el 1 y el 30 de septiembre de 2025. La información fue recolectada mediante un instrumento diseñado para el estudio, sin contacto directo con pacientes ni recolección de datos personales identificables. The objective of this research was to evaluate the documented clinical efficacy of advanced therapies applied in the management of complicated wounds in a third-level Healthcare Service Provider Institution in the city of Valledupar, during 2025. A quantitative, descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional study was conducted, based on the documentary review of 70 medical records authorized by the institution, corresponding to patients treated between September 1 and September 30, 2025. The information was collected using an instrument designed for the study, without direct contact with patients or collection of personally identifiable data.
