    La deforestación en Cartagena de la Chaira y su Mitigación a Partir de un Jardín Botánico, Como Propuesta Ecológica

    Este proyecto investigativo respecto al establecimiento del jardín botánico sustentable en Cartagena del Chaira para mitigar el impacto ambiental producido por deforestación de bosques y generado por ganadería extensiva y cultivos ilegales en zona rural Bajo Caguán, contempla cuatro grandes procesos, entre los que se pretende investigar acerca de plantas nativas de la región, afectadas por la deforestación y sus motores: ganadería extensiva y cultivos ilícitos, formulando estrategias ambientales, financieras y logísticas que permitan reforestar los predios de las zonas afectadas. Por otro lado, se realizarán contactos y alianzas estratégica son entes administrativos locales, Juntas de acción comunal y Directivos docentes de instituciones educativas pertenecientes a la zona de incidencia, para gestionar apoyos administrativos, logísticos, y financieros para el pleno desarrollo de la propuesta. Entre tanto, se priorizará la gestión acerca de la consecución con entes administrativos locales, regionales, nacionales e internacionales, de un predio o terreno que permita establecer un jardín botánico sustentable en el municipio de Cartagena del Chaira con plantas nativas afectadas y a su vez extintas por la deforestación desmedida. Consecuentemente se diseñará un cronograma de actividades para promoción, sensibilización y divulgación del proyecto, con el objeto de conseguir adeptos y recursos para su ejecución. Teniendo en cuenta el curso pandémico provocado por el COVID19 y sus respectivas medidas preventivas de aislamiento obligatorio. Con referencia a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) aplicables al presente proyecto investigativo: No 4, Educación de Calidad; No 13 Acciones por el clima; No 15, ecosistemas terrestres y No 17 alianzas para lograr los objetivos. De igual manera el paradigma y enfoque o naturaleza de la presente investigación esta direccionada hacia lo cualitativo ya que en ella se describen 10 fenómenos naturales como deforestación y sus causales, en cuanto el tipo de investigación se fundamenta en lo explicativo, debido a que aparte de la descripción, se centra en la explicación del por que del surgimiento de la deforestación y lo que conlleva a su respectiva problemática ambiental; el diseño de la investigación se basa en entrevista semiestructurada enfocada a la muestra participativa de la investigación. Abstract This research project regarding the establishment of the sustainable botanical garden in Cartagena del Chaira, which mitigates the environmental impact produced by deforestation of forests and generated by extensive cattle raising and illegal crops in rural Bajo Caguan, contemplates four major processes, among which it is intended to investigate about of the native plants of the region, which were affected by deforestation, and their drivers, such as extensive cattle ranching and illicit crops, formulating environmental, financial and logistical strategies that allow reforestation on the properties of said affected areas. On the other hand, contacts and strategic alliances will be made with local administrative entities, community action boards and educational directors of educational establishments belonging to the area of incidence, which allow managing administrative, logistical, and financial support for the full development of the proposal.
