    La observación directa de los elementos culturales de esta etnia son determinantes al momento de iniciar la investigación, el lograr involucrar elementos de su cotidianidad y a la comunidad en el proceso investigativo de la escritura coreográfica de la danza las Cucambas, no es solo una coreografía, sino también el poder plasmar en el papel lo que los hace ser parte de esa cultura, lo que son, resaltando sus creencias, costumbres e idiosincrasia. Asimismo, la importancia de esta propuesta, estriba en obtener un documento final en el que se describe el proceso coreográfico y significante para la puesta en escena de la danza las Cucambas. Abstract:This project proposes the creation of a choreographic primer for the dance of the Cucambas of corpus Christi de Atánquez, Cesar of the Kankuama ethnic group. where your boarding leads the reader to delve into the dramaturgy that frames the festivity of the Kankuama belief. Direct observation of cultural elements of this ethnic group were decisive at the time of initiating the research, managing to involve elements of their daily life and the community in the investigative process of the choreographic writing of the dance Cucambas is not only a choreography, is to capture on paper what makes them from that culture, what they are, highlighting their beliefs, customs and idiosyncrasies. The importance of this proposal lies in the fact that a final document was obtained describing the choreographic and significant process for the staging of the dance Cucambas.
