    Actitudes y riesgos sexuales en estudiantes LGBTIQ+ pertenecientes a 7 programas académicos, UniCesar, Valledupar 2022-2.

    El estudio se enmarca en el objetivo analizar las actitudes y conductas de riesgos sexuales en estudiantes de la comunidad LGBTQI+ de la Universidad Popular del Cesar, Valledupar 2022-2. Metodológicamente el estudio fue descriptivo, cuantitativo, prospectivo, aplicando la técnica de encuesta a través del instrumento cuestionario en la modalidad unificada de escala de Likert y dicotómica a 38 sujetos de la muestra objeto de estudio la cual fue seleccionada a través de la técnica de muestreo por conveniencia tomando en cuenta las características particularidades y privadas de la población, ya que no se cuenta con un registro de datos de la comunidad LGBTQI+ en la universidad objeto de análisis; de la misma forma se expresa, que los datos se procesaron bajo el uso de la estadística descriptiva, empleando el programa Excel 2016, presentando en tablas y graficas la frecuencia absoluta (cantidad de sujetos que responden a una opción) y frecuencia relativa (porcentaje equivalente a esa cantidad de sujetos). A nivel conclusivo se determina que los sujetos están expuestos a riesgos constantes, por promiscuidad, frecuencia de parejas ocasionales sin protección, abuso, amenazas y agresión desde lo verbal, emocional y psicológico hasta lo físico y sexual. Estos riesgos afectan a la falta de protección para contraer ETS, la autoconciencia y autocuidado en general de los participantes, los cuales se ven afectadas en cierta medida por la discriminación, rechazo familiar y social. De acuerdo a los datos develados en el estudio, se hace necesario analizar la necesidad de promover una educación sexual en los grupos en la comunidad LGBTQI+ de forma abierta sin distinción de las personas, ni solicitando datos ni especificaciones de los presentes, esto con el fin de no estigmatizar la comunidad ya que la mayoría aún es reservada con el asunto. Abstract The study is part of the objective of analyzing attitudes and sexual risk behaviors in students of the LGBTQI+ community of the Popular University of Cesar, Valledupar 2022-2. Methodologically, the study was descriptive, quantitative, prospective, applying the survey technique through the questionnaire instrument in the unified modality of the Likert and dichotomous scale to 38 subjects of the sample under study, which was selected through the sampling technique. for convenience taking into account the particular and private characteristics of the population, since there is no record of data on the LGBTQI+ community at the university under analysis, in the same way it is stated that the data was processed under the use of descriptive statistics, using the Excel 2016 program, presenting in tables and graphs the absolute frequency (number of subjects that respond to an option) and relative frequency (percentage equivalent to that number of subjects). At a conclusive level, it is determined that the subjects are exposed to constant risks, due to promiscuity, frequency of casual partners without protection, abuse, threats and aggression from the verbal, emotional and psychological to the physical and sexual. These risks affect the lack of protection against contracting STDs, self-awareness and self-care in general of the participants, which are affected to some extent by discrimination, family and social rejection. According to the data revealed in the study, it is necessary to analyze the need to promote sexual education in groups in the LGBTQI+ community in an open manner without distinction of persons, nor requesting data or specifications from those present, this in order to not to stigmatize the community since the majority is still reserved about the matter.
