    ELABORACIÓN DE PLAN DE SANEAMIENTO BÁSICO PARA EL CENTRO DE PROTECCIÓN Y BIENESTAR ANIMAL DE VALLEDUPAR.

    Un plan de saneamiento básico es un conjunto de actividades locativas, de limpieza y mantenimiento necesarios para garantizar un ambiente libre de contaminación en función del bienestar de las personas. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de saneamiento básico para el centro de bienestar animal de Valledupar, con el fin de disminuir los impactos negativos con respecto a todo el entorno. En primer lugar se elaboró un análisis – diagnostico sanitario del centro, en donde se realizaron unas fichas técnicas de características ambientales, socioculturales e infraestructura, con este análisis se pudo obtener un panorama general de la situación del centro, el cual permitió realizar los programas sanitarios básicos (residuos sólidos, abastecimiento de agua, plagas y limpieza y desinfección), en donde estos permitieron tomar decisiones para una mejora continua y evaluar la efectividad de los procedimientos y actividades propuestas; con el fin de generar cambios, estrategias y soluciones a las falencias presentadas. Por último, se elaboraron los formatos de control de cada uno de los programas, para poder tener un seguimiento de las actividades que se deben realizar en el centro y tomar las medidas necesarias para su buen funcionamiento. La finalidad de este proyecto es lograr que el centro de protección y bienestar animal de Valledupar, implemente el Plan de Saneamiento Básico para poder garantizar un ambiente sano, así como lo exige la constitución política de Colombia. La eficacia del plan de saneamiento básico dependerá del compromiso de todas las personas del centro de bienestar animal. A basic sanitation plan is a set of locative, cleaning, and maintenance activities necessary to ensure a contamination-free environment for the well-being of individuals. This project aims to develop a basic sanitation plan for the Animal Welfare Center of Valledupar, in order to reduce negative impacts on the surrounding environment. First, a sanitary analysis and diagnosis of the center was conducted, including technical data sheets on environmental, sociocultural, and infrastructure characteristics. This analysis provided a general overview of the center’s situation, which allowed for the development of basic sanitation programs (solid waste, water supply, pest control, and cleaning and disinfection). These programs enabled informed decision-making for continuous improvement and the evaluation of the effectiveness of proposed procedures and activities, with the goal of generating changes, strategies, and solutions to the identified shortcomings. Finally, control formats were created for each of the programs to monitor the activities that must be carried out at the center and to take the necessary measures for its proper functioning. The purpose of this project is to ensure that the Animal Protection and Welfare Center of Valledupar implements the Basic Sanitation Plan to guarantee a healthy environment, as required by the Political Constitution of Colombia.
