    Desarrollo de aulas hospitalarias para la formación en docentes y profesionales de salud: una revisión de la literatura científica.

    Hoy en día son muchos los factores que influyen en la educación de aquellos que se preparan para enseñar, aún más cuando sus enseñanzas repercuten en niños que pasan su vida en un hospital y que contribuirán en gran manera en su aprendizaje y desarrollo físico, emocional y social, por tal motivo se planteó esta investigación que tuvo como objetivo, investigar en la literatura científica existente sobre la creación de las aulas hospitalarias y como ha sido el desarrollo de la formación de docentes y profesionales de la salud que trabajan en estas. La metodología de estudio se basó en una revisión sistemática a través de las bases de datos Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, Science Direct y Elsevier. Se seleccionaron 15 artículos para critica, los cuales permitieron encontrar que entre las estrategias metodológicas que facilitan los procesos de educación continuada a docentes y profesionales en aulas hospitalarias están que los docentes deben ser capaces de adaptarse a diferentes situaciones, trabajar adecuadamente el tema afectivo y emocional, crear climas de trabajo lúdicos, ser motivadores, artísticos, hacer uso de nuevas tecnologías, trabajar en equipo, ser flexibles, saber reaccionar, ser organizadores e innovadores, saber afrontar situaciones como la muerte y de plantear y diseñar prácticas orientadas a educar para la vida y formar seres autónomos, conscientes de sí mismos. Luego de examinar la literatura existente dando cumplimiento al objetivo se concluye que la pedagogía hospitalaria debería entrar a formar parte de la formación universitaria de los profesionales en salud y poseer competencias interactivas y vinculadas con los necesarios procesos de especialización y orientación de su práctica profesional para tener un impacto positivo en la vida de los menores en un aula hospitalaria. Abstract Today there are many factors that influence the education of those who are preparing to teach, even more so when their teachings have an impact on children who spend their lives in a hospital and who will greatly contribute to their learning and physical, emotional and development. For this reason, this research was proposed, which aimed to investigate the existing scientific literature on the creation of hospital classrooms and how the development of the training of teachers and health professionals who work in them has been. The study methodology was based on a systematic review through the Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, Science Direct and Elsevier databases. 15 articles were selected for criticism, which allowed finding that among the methodological strategies that facilitate continuing education processes for teachers and professionals in hospital classrooms are that teachers must be able to adapt to different situations, work adequately on the affective and emotional issue , create playful work climates, be motivating, artistic, make use of new technologies, work in a team, be flexible, know how to react, be organizers and innovators, know how to face situations such as death and how to propose and design practices aimed at educating for life and form autonomous beings, aware of themselves. After examining the existing literature fulfilling the objective, it is concluded that hospital pedagogy should become part of the university training of health professionals and possess interactive competencies linked to the necessary specialization and orientation processes of their professional practice to have a positive impact on the lives of minors in a hospital classroom.
