    Factores condicionantes de violencia obstétrica en mujeres de edad fértil de la comuna 4, Valledupar 2023-1.

    El objetivo principal de la investigación es el análisis de los factores condicionantes de O.V (violencia obstétrica) en mujeres de edad fértil que vivenciaron el trabajo de parto dentro de un intervalo de 18 meses de la comuna 4 en Valledupar 2023 – 1. El estudio se encuentra bajo los lineamientos del enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 56 mujeres en edad fértil pertenecientes de la comuna 4, con un rango de edad que va desde los 18 a 35 años, los datos fueron recolectados por medio de encuestas, utilizando un cuestionario unificado para la variable. El análisis de resultados se orientó a estadísticas descriptivas, obteniendo evidencias del desconocimiento general sobre la temática en un 64,3%; las mujeres encuestadas no tenían los conocimientos sobre de cómo se presenta la O.V durante su gestación, proceso de parto, y postparto, un 67,9%, y el 89,3 % desconoce alguna normativa y ley que sancione la V.O en Colombia. Por otra parte, obligaron a las femeninas a permanecer acostadas boca arriba durante la dilatación en un 71.4%, además existieron tactos vaginales repetidas veces, por personal de salud diferentes en un 66%. Se puede evidenciar con estos resultados una problemática en la población estudio, debido a que esta sufrió de violencia obstétrica en un porcentaje alto, y por falta de conocimiento sobre esta temática no denunciaron, simplemente callaron. Por lo tanto, se concluye con recomendaciones que permitan fomentar el trato humanizado en las mujeres garantizando confianza en las etapas de atención durante el momento del nacimiento del bebe, e igualmente que se debe brindar educación sobre O.V, a las mujeres durante su embarazo, parto y puerperio. Abstract The main objective of the research is the analysis of the determinants of the V.O. (obstetric violence) in women of childbearing age who experienced labor in an interval of 18 months in commune 4 of Valledupar 2023 - 1. The study is under the guidelines of the quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 56 women of childbearing age belonging to commune 4, with an age range that goes from 18 to 35 years, the data was collected through surveys, using a unified questionnaire for the variable. The analysis of results was oriented towards descriptive statistics, obtaining evidence of general ignorance on the subject in 64.3%; the women surveyed did not have knowledge about how OV occurs during their pregnancy, delivery process, and postpartum, 67.9%, and 89.3% are unaware of any regulations and laws that sanction OV in Colombia. On the other hand, they forced the females to remain lying on their backs during the dilation in 71.4%, in addition there were repeated vaginal examinations by different health personnel in 66%. With these results, a problem in the study population can be evidenced, because it suffered from obstetric violence in a high percentage, and due to lack of knowledge on this subject, they did not report it, they simply kept silent. Therefore, it is concluded with recommendations that allow the promotion of humanized treatment in women, guaranteeing confidence in the stages of care during the birth of the baby, and also that education on O.V should be provided to women during their pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium.
