Abstract Neurodidactics has burst onto the scene like a ray of light as a field that combines knowledge, vital for turning traditional education on its head, attempting to align teaching methods with the way the brain learns. The purpose of this investigation was to take an in-depth and detailed look, through a systematic review of the literature, at how proven neurodidactic tactics influence learning and grades. The method followed the PRISMA model, selecting and studying studies published in major sites (Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc) between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that using methods focused on managing emotions, strengthening mental functions (attention and memory), and student engagement significantly improves school performance, especially in areas such as reading, writing, and numbers. It is clear that, although neurodidactics gives scientific approval to changing education, its success lies in teachers knowing a lot about the subject so that they can bring what is discovered in studies into the classroom without falling into misconceptions.
