    Análisis de la demanda de servicios de salud de primer nivel de atención para la población migrante de Venezuela. Valledupar 2021- 2

    Introducción: la migración es una situación de índole natural y no es buena ni mala, pero en los últimos años por la compleja situación sociopolítica de Venezuela, muchas personas migraron a países vecinos en busca de mejorar la calidad de vida, Colombia comparte con Venezuela una frontera de 2.219 kilómetros y la mayoría de los Venezolanos que emigran, llegan a Colombia incrementando la demanda, del primer nivel de atención en salud. Objetivo: Analizar la demanda de servicios de salud de primer nivel de atención para la población migrante de Venezuela, Valledupar 2018 - 2019. Metodología: Se decidió realizar esta investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo, exploratorio ya que de esta forma se abordó y trato la demanda de los Venezolanos atendidos en la IPS de primer nivel. Resultados: El total de usuarios Venezolanos atendidos en el año 2018 fue 3.742 el 70% mujeres, el servicio con más demanda fue Consulta Externa, mientras que en el año 2019 el total atendido fue de 9.857 el 72% mujeres y el servicio con mayores demandas fue Urgencias, el incremento de la demanda por año fue del 255%. Con respecto a la edad, la población con más demanda fue de 18 a 59 años, se presentó disminución en la demanda en las IPS en épocas de vacaciones, en un 7% en los meses de enero, diciembre y en julio en el resto de los meses del año 2019 la demanda de salud se mantuvo en 8, 9, y 10%. Las principales causas de morbilidad en consulta externa estuvieron relacionadas con patologías en el embarazo como: embarazo de alto riesgo, primigestante muy jóvenes y añosas, con un 40% y 41%, mientras que en Urgencia la causa de morbilidad con más demanda fue el dolor por diversas causas. Abstract Introduction: Migration is a natural situation and it is neither good nor bad, but in recent years, due to the complex socio-political situation in Venezuela, many people have migrated to neighboring countries in search of a better quality of life, Colombia has a border of 2,219 kilometers with Venezuela and most of the Venezuelans who emigrate, arrive in Colombia increasing the demand for the first level of health care. Objective: To analyze the demand for first-level health care services for the migrant population of Venezuela, Valledupar 2018 – 2019. Methodology: This research was carried out with a quantitative, exploratory approach, in this way the demand of Venezuelans treated in the first level (IPS) was addressed and handled. Results: The total number of Venezuelan users treated in 2018 was 3,742, 70% women, the service with the highest demand was outpatient care while in 2019 the total of users treated was 9,857, 72% women and the service with the highest demand was emergencies, the increase in the demand per year was 255%. Regarding age, the population with the highest demand was between 18 and 59 years old, there was a decrease in demand for IPS during vacation periods, by 7% in the months of January, December and in July in the rest of the months of 2019, the demand for health remained at 8, 9, and 10%. The main morbidities in outpatient consultation were related to high-risk pregnancy, very young and old women pregnant for the first time, with 40% and 41%, while in Emergency the morbidity with the highest demand was pain from different causes.
