    Percepción del cuidado por las personas privadas de la libertad en una institución pública de salud en Valledupar 2022-1

    Las personas privadas de la libertad tienen derechos humanos que están por encima de su condición legal, sin embargo, algunos de estos individuos refieren que la discriminación y los malos tratos hacia ellos es algo común, e incluso que el derecho a la salud y el acudir a un servicio de salud se ve entorpecido por las condiciones en la que se encuentra y por los trasmites que deben hacer antes de conseguir la ayuda de salud complicando progresivamente su estado. El objetivo de este estudio fue describir la percepción del cuidado por las personas privadas de la libertad atendidas en una Institución pública de salud en Valledupar 2022-1. La metodología fue cualitativa con un abordaje tipo descriptivo y análisis fenomenológico hermenéutico que ayuda a describir las percepciones obtenida de los pacientes privados de la libertad para dar respuesta a la pregunta problemática como enfoque de este trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos permiten exponer la atención recibida de los participantes de esta investigación, la percepción de las actitudes y habilidades de los profesionales de la salud y el trato digno que reciben las personas privadas de la libertad, que los hace sentir satisfecho y agradecidos, con matices de estigmas. Sin embargo, no se puede generalizar toda la población por las distintas experiencias que narraron. Abstract Persons deprived of liberty have human rights that are above their legal status, however, some of these individuals report that discrimination and mistreatment towards them is common, and even that the right to health and access to health services is hindered by the conditions in which they find themselves and by the procedures they have to go through before getting health assistance, which progressively complicates their condition. The objective of this study was to describe the perception of care by persons deprived of liberty treated in a public health institution in Valledupar 2022-1. The methodology was qualitative with a descriptive approach and hermeneutic phenomenological analysis that helps to reveal the perceptions obtained from patients deprived of liberty to answer the problematic question as the focus of this work. The results obtained allow to expose the attention received from the participants of this research, the perception of the attitudes and skills of the health professionals and the dignified treatment received by the persons deprived of liberty, which makes them feel satisfied and grateful, with shades of stigmas. However, it is not possible to generalize the whole population due to the different experiences they narrated.
