    DISEÑO DEL PLAN DE AHORRO Y USO EFICIENTE DEL AGUA Y LA ENERGÍA (PUEAA-PUEAE) EN EL INSTITUTO COLOMBIANO DE BIENESTAR FAMILIAR- ICBF-SEDE SINCELEJO.

    El uso eficiente del agua en todo el mundo se ha convertido en un requisito importante para garantizar la sostenibilidad de los recursos hídricos, considerándolo un "recurso limitado y vulnerable, fundamental para el sostenimiento de la vida, el desarrollo y el medio ambiente. El Instituto Colombiano De Bienestar Familiar-ICBF-Sede Sincelejo, no cuenta con el PUEAA y PUEAE, sin embargo, solo lleva registros de los consumos anuales de agua y energía en una base de datos, lo que no representa la implementación de ninguna estrategia para la mitigación de los impactos ambientales ocasionados por el uso ineficiente de los recursos. La investigación tiene por objeto diseñar el plan de ahorro y uso eficiente del agua y energía en El Instituto Colombiano De Bienestar Familiar-ICBF-Sede Sincelejo, por medio de tres fases: la primera, diagnosticar el consumo y uso del recurso hídrico y energía eléctrica en El Instituto Colombiano De Bienestar Familiar-ICBF-Sede Sincelejo, posteriormente se desarrollaron las estrategias del PUEAA y PUEAE que disminuyan el consumo de agua y energía como herramienta para contribuir al uso eficiente de los recursos y finalmente, diseñar El Plan De Acción Para El Uso Racional Y Eficiente Del Recurso Hídrico Y Energía Acorde Con Las Necesidades Y Falencias. Por otra parte, permitió optimizar los recursos mediante soluciones y estratégicas sostenibles, minimizando el consumo de los recursos del agua y la energía y los impactos generados al medio ambiente, así como los costos operativos en las facturas por parte de las empresas prestadoras de servicios públicos. ABSTRACT The efficient use of water worldwide has become a crucial requirement to ensure the sustainability of water resources, recognizing it as a "limited and vulnerable resource, essential for sustaining life, development, and the environment." The Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF) – Sincelejo Headquarters currently lacks a Water and Energy Saving and Efficient Use Plan (PUEAA and PUEAE). It only maintains records of annual water and energy consumption in a database, which does not represent the implementation of any strategy to mitigate the environmental impacts caused by inefficient resource use. This study aimed to design a water and energy saving and efficiency plan for the ICBF Sincelejo Headquarters, developed in three phases: first, diagnosing the consumption and use of water and electricity at the institution; then, formulating PUEAA and PUEAE strategies to reduce consumption and contribute to the efficient use of resources; and finally, designing an action plan aligned with the institution's specific needs and shortcomings. The implementation of this plan enables resource optimization through sustainable strategies, minimizing water and energy consumption, reducing environmental impacts, and lowering operational costs in utility bills charged by service providers.
