    DISEÑO DE UN MODELO EDUCATIVO PARA EL USO EFICIENTE DEL AGUA EN LA INSTITUCIÓN ETNOEDUCATIVA CABO DE LA VELA, LA GUAJIRA

    Para la conservación del recurso hídrico, es fundamental educar a los jóvenes sobre la importancia y uso eficiente, los cuales pueden ser vinculados desde su etapa de formación escolar. Este proyecto de investigación, desarrollado con enfoque diferencial étnico, mejoró el desempeño académico y mitigó los impactos negativos generados por el mal manejo del recurso hídrico dentro de la Institución. Entre las metas alcanzadas con el proyecto fue el diseño de un sistema de recuperación de aguas residuales para su utilización en riego de cultivo. Además, se realizó un plan de áreas y se aplicaron capacitaciones flexibles y acordes a sus características sobre el uso eficiente del agua para medir el nivel educativo de los estudiantes. Con un test de conocimiento realizado antes y después de las capacitaciones, se llegó a la conclusión que había una diferencia significativa, la cual se dio gracias a la estructura pedagógica con la que se dictaron las capacitaciones. ABSTRACT For the conservation of water resources, it is fundamental to educate young people about the importance and efficient use, which can be linked from their stage of school education. This research project, developed with ethnic differential focus, improved academic performance and mitigated the negative impacts generated by the mismanagement of water resources within the Institution. Among the goals reached with the project was the design of a wastewater recovery system for its use in crop irrigation. In addition, an area plan was carried out and flexible training courses were applied according to their characteristics on the efficient use of water to measure the educational level of the students. With a knowledge test carried out before and after the trainings, it was concluded that there was a significant difference, which was due to the pedagogical structure with which the trainings were given.
